This location should not be partnered with Uber or any other food delivery service. It's always an issue everytime we come.... Waited 37 minutes for an Uber order that I ended up having to cancel and watched at LEAST 5 other people walk out and at leasttwo cars leave the drive thru without their food. The Uber order was a baked potato, 6pc, a burger, fries and a Dr pepper. Itshouldn't have taken even 10 minutes to get that order done. When I tried to call the number they wouldn't answer. I have lost count of how many times this location has messed up my order, forgotten an item, failed to include sauces I... specifically requested, etc. They've seemingly purposely left things out even when a manager is standing directly at the window.Their ice cream machine is either down or out of a flavor at least 70% of the time. I've eaten at a countless number of badrestaurants but this one tops em all. Read more
Best crispy chicken BLT for a great price. Throw in the senior coffee for a great meal. Excellent service. Good atmosphere.
So i go to the drive thru. Order 2 hamburgers and a chicken sandwich. Waited 15 minutes after paying with no one behind me.... Worst yet they got the order wrong, and the person who brought it out just handed it to me like they were too busy to even bebothered as they rushed back inside. Order through the drive through and they were trying to get us out of the way but we were the only ones in line. I had to ask... for ketchup, waiting for a while at the window. After I open up my burger to find a hair inside. Horrible service and I can'teven eat my burger. Ugh didn't even want to go back and complain and going through this whole ordeal. Read more
