Service was amazing. Restaurant and bathroom was very clean. However the food here was subpar to any other Whataburger I have... been to. My burger was room temp. The onion rings seemed to have cooled down while the rest of my order was being put together.Not as pleasant as my past visits. Read more
The food was good an the staff were friendly.but the lobby was dirty. My friend has never been so i took him an he was impressed... with the food. Guys stay on top of that lobby no one wants to come an sit down at a dirty table an see s dirty floor. Read more
The Dr. Pepper malt is the highlight. The green chili hamburger is pretty good, though usually very mild. Fries are often cool... and soggy. The curbside and drive thru waits are phenomenally long. I've waited for 45 minutes on multiple occasions. Don'tbother checking in online, you have to call the store and tell them you're there (if they actually answer the phone). I'vemainly gone to the Telshor and Solano locations in Las Cruces. Frequently I see chaos in the lobby as the customers are upsetand the employees are scrambling. The online ordering system is pretty good. Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry malts aregreat too. The banana bread pudding flavor is ok. Big jump in taste between the malts and shakes. If you guys wanna win a competition with the other Whataburgers, stop messing up orders. I?m tired of it, every single time I... make a simple request for a buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich and every time without fail it is messed up in some way. My first time to a Whataburger. There aren't any Whataburgers in Wisconsin I'm aware of. We're traveling in Las Cruces NM right... now, where my Dad lived, and Whataburger was his choice for fast food. It was good, I don't know the history of the place,what's normal etc. I had a bacon cheeseburger and there was a lot of brown mustard and pickles on it. I don't know if this is aWhataburger signature thing, it was just a little too much of both for me. I ate the burger but took a bunch of the pickles offand scraped some of the excess mustard off. My son had the triple burger and had zero complaints. I didn't look at the menuonline before going and when you're inside they don't show what side options there are or what drinks they have. It's a littledisappointing as I had to stand there during the lunch hour behind people who clearly knew the options. It would help to knowwhat sides there are without having to ask, "Do you have _____?" They have shakes, that would have been useful information aheadof time. Anyway, I basically didn't say 5 stars because of the menu. My fault for not asking what's on a burger when I orderedit. Staff was working very hard and were very polite. Read more
We don?t have these fast food places near where we live in WA, so decided to try one out for a quick late dinner on the way to... our hotel. I have to say that this place had the absolute friendliest customer service we?ve ever had at a fast foodestablishment. While we were looking at the menu, we were asked by no less than four employees if they could help us. My husbandordered his burger plain (he doesn?t like mustard), and after we were seated, waiting for our food, an employee came out to thedining area to ask if he?d like his burger with mayo. Unexpected, but very thoughtful of that employee. The food was decent forfast food and a fair price. If the staff are that attentive and friendly at every Whataburger, I can see why it?s so popular (itwas fairly crowded at 10 pm on a Sunday). Great job to everyone at #785! Read more
It was wonderful to go inside and eat and see other humans acting "normal." People sitting and enjoying their meals. The food... was very good and fresh. I got the #13 chicken strip meal with cream gravy. It was very delicious. I was not disappointed atall! I also tried their white chocolate raspberry shake...very good! Employees came by to check in us, offered us condiments,napkins, and straws. Picked up our trash and asked if everything was good or if we needed anything. Fantastic customer service!Beats the heck out of Sonic that's for sure! Read more
