Popular spot in the red rock casino. Line was 8 to 12 people deep the entire time we were eating, but quick service kept people... moving, Hot food, made in plain view. It's right off the casino floor, so it's not as atmospheric as other noodle bars. $17for miso Ramen is a bit high, but everything has increased recently.... recommended, as the service was really good. Yummmyyyy LOVE this place ? it has Japanese Vietnamese and Chinese food on the Menu ? always busy which is the only thing sucks... ? they have to get guest number when it?s their time to be on the table and text them or give them a buzzer because falling inline for 30-1hr wait ?????? hoping they get smarter for the wait ? they know that their place is busy .. do something with theline ? make it more convenient for the guest ? The food is good. I've been eating the Spicy Shrimp bowl. Then get a side order of sweet n sour sauce to pour over it and it ... tastes really good. Pho w beef and shrimp is good as well. Talk about friendly staff and tasty food. Very good portions and the flavor of each soup is distinct and full of flavor. I had... a tonkutsu and the pickled ginger set it off. The park was cut thin and flavorful. My sister has chicken ramen and it wassuper flavorful as the chicken wasn't just placed in the broth. The broth was made with chicken. My brother-in-law hadwor-wonton and the shrimp and pork dumplings give the broth so much flavor. The cooks at the bar check on you as well. Notdisappointed at all. Definitely heading back. Read more
The Noodle Bar has great Asian noodle dishes, and the prices were very reasonable. Everything is cooked to order in their open... kitchen. The vegetables were very fresh, and the dishes flavorful. The only disappointment was their cocktails. Maybe it wasjust a fluke, but my margarita and my wife's drink were undrinkable. They had a really weird taste. Order a beer - you can'tgo wrong. I could eat here everyday! Great food and great service. I had some Pork Sliders (not sure of actual name since the Mgr. gave... them to me) and the Orange Chicken with Brown Rice. The 8 Noddle cocktail is delicious as well. Read more
Be sure to get there early as there is not a lot of seating. Food is delicious and the ramen very good. Fun to sit up at the bar... and watch the chefs cook! Read more
