Very disappointed. Appetizers baked oysters (good), three onion soup (very good), chopped salad (tasteless even feta no flavor... and only commercially bottled dressings ????). Bone in rib-eye (nice cut lacking any flavor), crab legs (pick 'em up in grocerystore they're just as good). We elected to skip dessert to avoid further disappointment. Drinks were good. Service acted likethey were too rushed to answer questions...restaurant not busy at all at all ~50% capacity. Read more

Environment and service was awesome. The onion soup was the best we've ever had, anywhere. The crab bisque was very tasty, too.... The cioppino was a tad spicy for my taste, and the shrimp was little salad shrimp, which was surprising because otherrestaurants use proper, large shrimp. Hubs had the short ribs. He's a chef, and he said that they should have been braised foran additional six hours. He's not even sure that they were really short ribs. The portion sizes were incredibly large, which wasawesome! Drinks were good. Would we return? Probably not. If we did, it would be for the onion soup, and some salads. That'sfine, though. You can't please all of the people all of the time. It was a good night out. Read more

I really enjoyed my time at Alder and Birch. It’s located inside The Orleans behind the Alligator bar. We came for happy hour.... I recommend the basil martini and the oysters. Yum! Oysters are sweet and small and worth it! The interior is quite a changefrom the Orleans, it is chill and and comfy. Check it out if you can! Read more

Andrea was my server. She was very personable and the rest of the staff was great. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.... We will return whenever we come back to Vegas. Read more

Delicious! Ordered the seasonal oysters, porterhouse, crab legs, seafood mac & cheese, grilled asparagus, steak fries, baked... potato and more. Everything was superb, only complaint... My steak was not medium rare like I asked, it was very rare. Stilldelicious, but in my opinion getting the main course right is very important when paying these prices. For desert, I tried thecrème brûlée and the chocolate decadent mess, both wonderful. Both very delicious, hard to pick which I preferred. Coffeewas also superb, very well made, strong, rich and dark like a good European coffee. Service, atmosphere were all great aswell. If they cook my steak right next time, easily 5 stars and I'll update accordingly. Read more

Alder & Birch came highly recommended to us by a few of our friends, The food was amazing, the staff was Awesome, and the... restaurant was Beautiful! My steak was one of the best that I've ever had, it was better than my own, which is very hard tofind. The roasted corn, brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes were out of this world. Get the stacked tuna nachos for anappetizer, you won't be disappointed! Read more

Our waiter, Drew, was superb. Lamb chops were devine. Shrimp Scampi was a little "dry". Wine was excellent.
