I've been to this Cafe 3 or 4 times and have always been satisfied. But this last time when my wife and I got breakfast my... corned beef hash and her chicken and waffles arrived cold. So our waiter kindly replaced them in 5 or 6 minutes. So as I dug inunder the eggs with hollandaise sauce, a large black hair exposed itself. I was done. Oh. Our waiter brought another, but I hadtotally lost interest. We were offered a drink from our waiter who said the manager told him to, if there even was amanager, but it was too late to make me ever want to come back. Las Vegas is full of fine restaurants. The Aria is one of thenicest. One can gamble in the fine MGM casinos but it shouldn't be be a gamble eating at one. I read that they have implimenteda cost saving program firing over 200 employees to save 220 million. It's called MGM 2020. My guess is that one or two peoplemanage all the restaurants. Read more

This place is very Elegant and Fancy. The employees here are very courteous and helpful. I ordered a spicy Bloody Mary with... Beefeater Gin, Pickled Jalapeno, Pickles & Peppercini on the inside with Frank's Red Hot Sauce rimmed with Old Bay Seasoning andWOW! Was it amazing and it was cool to see that they use paper straws instead of plastic. I had the Chicken & Waffles which wasamazing with Maple Syrup went really well with chicken. The waffle was covered in confectioners sugar and the waffle just meltedin your mouth every bit. She had the Crabs Benedict which the crab was delicious. Perfectly made, the hollandaise sauce wassuperb and the crab cakes were very delish. This whole experience was very Exquisite. We would definitely eat here again. Read more

Very good breakfast for a good price in Vegas terms. Service is always great. If you are an MLife member at Pearl or above make... sure to go to left side of line to get seated first. If line is long it can be hard to see the posted sign Read more

One of the biggest mistakes with ARIA Cafe, that fail to respect Customers they don't acknowledge the customers who are... waiting. No eye contact or recognition is made until the customer is the next one at the counter. So much grief can be overcomeby simply smiling at the people waiting and letting them know the wait won't be long. Acknowledge the customer and show them youunderstand their time is valuable and you are doing your best to serve them quickly.+If i want pay for my friends let me do iti hope the remember Read more

Went here for brunch with some friends. I ordered the Greek salad with salmon and split the hummus plate with a friend. The... salad was doused in dressing, so much that it was pooling at the bottom of the dish. Very unappetizing and so unnecessary. Itcame with onions even though I ordered it without. The pita on the hummus plate was stale and hard, not like it was meant to becrunchy but tasted more like it was microwaved for too long. The Bloody Mary was good though! I like that you can order a customone with different options for liquor, spiciness, and extras like a crab leg! Service here was terribly slow and the food wasmediocre at best. Read more
