Couldn?t do to go orders. So, sat in bar area. 10 minutes for water 12 minutes to place order after waiting 20 minutes with no... service, water refill or update on order we left ? NEVER ? to comeback. Have eaten there several times. Spoke to manager. Veryunderstanding, told us they get the restaurant or bar to hire more staff. Shocking !!! Go somewhere who cares about customerservice and taking care of valued employees. Read more
I like the fish and chips I ordered. It not exactly British, to me it looks more like new Orleans. But at least it's tasted... good. The waitress is a bit inexperienced but I don't blame her. The price is high, but the place is clean, and appropriate. It is worth it. Read more

Stopped by to see local band we really enjoy The Jeffrey Michaels Band. Great band and song choices as usual. I had the Bailwick... salad it was alright dressing was a bit watered down. No salt or pepper on the table to help it out. But she did bring thecheese halfway through my salad. My husband ordered the fish and chips and said it was great. My son ordered the veggie pizzaand he liked it. So 2 out of three isn't bad for a night out. I would return for the band but definitely not that salad. Read more
We went here for Saint Patrick's Day for the corned beef and cabbage. That dish questionable never had it served that way in... there was no flavor and the meat was rubbery . Management was poor on their judgment on how to handle it. All the other food wehad was phenomenal, so stick with the regular menu and you can't go wrong. Fish and chips does seafood chowder and the fishtacos great. Our server was not a good server. There was hardly anyone in the place and but never come and check on the tableand just kept skipping past us to go to the back. I had to flag her down like three times. Read more
