I picked up cake for my daughter (scheduled pick up). I was the only customer in there, and there was one girl working on a... cake. She had apple headphones in, didn't even look my way when I walked in. They have a bell when you open the door...so Iopened the door again, thinking she would hear/see me. I had to yell out excuse me twice before she acknowledged me. No apologyno greeting no nothing. She just said yes, and acted annoyed...0 customer service skills. ???? Read more
Elizabeth cake maker got mad when the two cakes I ordered were not made. The order was to be picked up at 11am and I wasn't even... there until 4. She yelled that she wasn't there 5 days prior when I ordered them. When I asked for my money back and to speakto the manager she yelled at me and then threw the money at me. Police were called and report filed. Never going back. Whenasked where the manager was they said they didn't have one there and no phone number to reach them. This place ruined my daughter?s birthday cake, they didn?t even spell her name right in handwriting. Called and they won?t do... anything about it. I will be calling corporate this is ridiculous and calling my bank for a refund. This place is a joke, go toother ones where people know what they are doing and can spell and write the #8!!! First time at this location. A lot. Of the ice cream was literally at the bottom of the container along with ice chips and fur.... Umm...no, this is not what he I e cream should look like. The end of the line was at the door. There was one lady working alone.To the owner or management staff, this is not safe to have one person working at the store by themselves. After being there Biutten minutes, a guy and girl (high school kids) come strolling in. I didn't see either of them wash their hands. The lady workingsolo was washing her hands in between customers since she was handling money etc after getting each person's order. This was adisappointing first experience. This is one way to skip these calories. There needs to be a minimum of two people working. Eachperson needs to be working. When the two kids came in to relieve the one lady, they young boy was doing all the work while theyoung girl decided to wash dishes when the line is almost out the door literally. Probably violated the fire code with so manypeople in this small location. With some improvements, this place could be better but as it is right now, I will skip thisplace. Read more
The girl with the pink hair was really sweet and got my order done really fast, 3 scoops in a matter of 30 seconds done with... perfection! I?ve been here multiple times and she?s always the one who?s there to serve me. Great customer service, speedy, andvery tasty. Read more

Apparently it's okay for this location to cut bananas and serve ice cream with no gloves. I've send the store a message but no... one wants to get back to me. The employee was very nice and helpful. She greeted us when we walked in. She was very overwhelmed, being the only employee... there. After we walked in, a group of about 15-20 customers walked in and she was the only employee working. You can tell theowner only schedules the minimum amount of staff. Their Baskin-Robbins screen advertised 3 different non dairy options but theyonly offer Daiquiri Ice (not even one of the non dairy options advertised on the in house baskin robbins advertising). Theowner/licensee of this location should do better. Read more
