Wow the amazing experience I had here with my husband was incredible! They have 4 kitchens each one is a different style of food... that’s being prepared! The dark lighting really sets the mood. The atmosphere was elegant but soft! I will say the menu isvery overwhelming because so many things and styles of food to choose from but in a good way! Our waiter was amazing (Eric) hewas very informative and took his time explaining everything to us. I definitely recommend coming here it’s such a differentrestaurant with an open floor plan to see everything! The only thing I would say is when booking the reservation you do have toput your CC down and if you cancel or don’t show up you will be charged for the amount of people in your party but besidesthat everything was absolutely amazing! Everything about this place was phenomenal. We had a large group attend and rented out one of their dining rooms. They took us... on a "meat experience" with a nine course meal, and everything was absolutely amazing. This was some of the best food I've everhad. I don't normally like olives or tomatoes, but the courses that included those items were delicious. And the Rosewood steakwas delectable. It was the best steak I've eaten before. Restaurant with HUGE potential and great idea but do not follow the waiter’s advice. They push you to take the « tasting... menus » that go from 120-250 a person only to have samples of food. Then they convince you to take the wine pairing that wasbeyond tasteless and cheap tasting for the extra 80$. I’m European and I get the concept but the waiters just wanted the extramoney. I would recommend nor taking the tasting menus and choose a carts as you might have more food than the « samples » wewere given. Food tasted good, steak was good, could have been cooked more. This was one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend doing one of the tastings. We went with the Ultimate Tasting. They... state if choosing a tasting the whole table does it to allow appropriate timing and service. Matt, our server, was beyondhelpful as 2 people from our party of 8 didn't want to do the tasting but he accommodated and even provided extra tasting ofcertain dishes to allow them to try it, too. Come hungry as you will be STUFFED by the end. It is pricey but worth every penny.Also save some money on wine by bringing in your own bottle. It is just a $35 corkage fee. Read more
This restaurant is now taking first place for fine dining steakhouse on the strip in my books. The main reason is how delicious,... fresh, and flavorful EVERY single dish was! The steaks were exquisite, sides were so good, and leaving room for desert wellworth it. The ambience is perfectly dim, lively, artsy, and simply classy. So many choices on the cocktail menu. Everything was absolutely amazing and worth every penny spent. The bartender that served us before dinner and our waiter were... extremely personable. The look of the restaurant was eye catching. Every bite of food was delicious. They were willing to make asubstitution to their tasting menu due to my own personal preferences. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for any specialoccasion. One step into this beautifully decorated restaurant and you’ll feel like your in for something special. We first stopped off... at the bar for a pregame thirst quencher before we dove into our evening. The bar is well stocked with any drink you want, thebartenders were courteous and offered many recommendations to get our pallets ready! Our hostess took us to a table in the back,on our way we viewed the shelves of fresh cut meats, and immediately you get the feel of a Spanish style meat market. They hadcured ham fresh on the leg ready to be sliced. Each course of the Special ‘s has their own unique kitchen, ensuring that eachexperience is exquisite. We chose the Jose special, a perfect pairing for a party of two. I started with the smoked martini, itwas amazing! My wife had a cab that was perfectly paired with our dinner. Our waiter Patrick was probably one of the best wehave ever had! His recommendations were on point, and he never let our glasses empty! This was an experience we will not soonforget! We were treated to am outstanding dining experience last night.... no available reservations in the main dining room so we ate... in the bar area... NO problem: great ambiance, outstanding service and the food was the same as you could order in the maindining room! Started with great (and generous) cocktails and then went on to the Rack of Lamb (cooked to medium perfection), awonderful Endive Caesar Salad and the BEST Brussel Sprouts I've ever had !!! There are four separate kitchens designed toperfectly prepare whatever type of food you order! If you're interested in a total dining experience, coupled with a fantasticenvironment, this is the place for you! Will definitely return on another visit to Vegas!!!! Read more
