We came here for a late lunch so fortunately there was no wait for a table. We were served drinks very quickly and we were able... to order food soon after since our waiter was great at checking in with us. The food was really nice since you could tell itwas fresh. Highly recommend the chips and guacamole - the chips were warm when they got to our table so it was clear they werejust made. They also had a great patio area. Comparatively the best place for lunch at the Mandalay Bay, especially if you are spending all your time in the convention... center. The service is quick and very friendly, and the outside patio is a perfect place to get some fresh air while enjoyingyour tacos. The food is solid, colorful and flavorful American Mexican cuisine. The tacos are great, though the fish tacos doneed some salsa as they are a bit dry without. Make sure to order the chips and salsa platter. The salsas are tasty, but not hotenough. Actually be warned: if it says spicy, it is NOT spicy! The spicy shrimp tacos were good but definitely more on the mildside. Overall a solid eatery for lunch and happy hour. Read more
This restaurant is super yummy. We had no reservations and just walked up during lunchtime and the host said all they had was... outside area. I was so happy because it was a perfect day in April and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. The food wasoutstanding, Delicious and a nice presentation. The drinks were fabulous as they had my favorite Mezcal Tequila. We had the Tunatartar ceviche which was so tasty and with the plantains chips was a hit. Then we shared the fish tacos which also so refreshingand tasty. I definitely recommend this place and if you love the outdoors please ask to sit outside by the bar or at the bar. Read more
What can I say other than Fabulous! This was an amazing brunch experience! We choose the unlimited small plates and bottomless... mimosas! The food portions were perfect if you were sharing. Wholly food! This place is an absolute must go to if you are staying at the Mandalay Bay. Everything from the tortillas to the... sauces are made in house and the food is most definitely savory. Food portions are big enough to split if you are looking forsomething lite. Even had Pacifico on tap which is hard to find.
