Horrible service, rude staff, and no rice or salmon for any of the bowls? it was still over an hour to close and staff told me... ?Well, we are about to close? so?.? I felt like they did not want to do any work or make any food even though there was wellover an hour until they were supposed to close. Staff walked to the back without taking an order and just blew me off. The onlyreason I am writing this review is because this is the second time this has happened to me. Ordered an Ocean bowl, 9th Island bowl, and pictured Bohemian Bowl. All of us enjoyed what we ordered. I've ordered here before,... and will continue to do so. I mean, it is expensive, but no more than any other place would charge for fancy bowls. Read more

The crew was nice but it took 15 -20 minutes to make a smoothie and I was literally the only person in the restaurant. Then when... they finally brought it out, it was a small, not a large like I ordered. I?m not sure what the two people were doing in the backthe entire time. Had a great experience today when my daughter and I came in. She wasn?t sure exactly what bowl she wanted and we had Help from a... wonderful young lady Makenzie who let her sample flavors she thought she may like. Great service and a great location overall.We will be coming back soon! Read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ordered online as it showed the store was open. Made my order Tuesday at 1pm, went to pick up and the... store was CLOSED. I have not been able to get my $46.60 back. The payment went from processing to paid. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS thephone there, so I can't talk to anyone. I emailed customer support and no answer from there either. Read more

They got my whole order wrong and it was said and repeated to me twice. They put honey instead of almond butter and it kinda... ruined my day. I hate when people get simple orders wrong. You have one job, it?s easy. Try not to suck at it or go work atMcDonald?s where they expect the order wrong. Also let?s be real, who lines the bottom with granola? Read more
