I am writing this review on behalf of My Sister who lives in Las Vegas. I live in Phoenix. She and my nephew ordered take out... and spend a lot of money on wings and fries. They got home and the fries were not included. She called the restaurant last nightonce she realized part of her order was missing and No One Answered The Phone. She called again today 08/13 and No One Answered.What if one of their employees family member was calling with an emergency? Not only that, she paid a lot of money on items sheDid Not Receive. We stopped in for lunch while waiting for our puppers to get groomed. Service and food were good. We sat at the bar as we like... to play the machines. Ordered a couple beers and some fried pickles. The pickles could definitely have been more crispy but thatwould be my only critique there. The dipping sauce is DELICIOUS though...yummy! We ordered lunch as well, Buffalo chicken wrapand the Chicken quesadilla....Both were good. Played a few $20 on the machine and that was a wrap. Location Waiting Is Long Indeed But Is To Be Expected As Is An Extremely Busy Location. The Attitude of The Young Ladies At TheEntrance Are Not That Great At All. As a Combat Marine Veteran And Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer, I Expect So Much FromOur Great Nation and Beautiful Las Vegas Business Community. Not For Myself But For All of Us As Locals And Great VisitorsAround The World. Not a Single Smile or Sense of Having a Job To Be and Feel Blessed For. Great place for food/drinks while watching sport or gambling (at the bar). Friendly, fast and attentive stuff. Good atmosphere.
Picked up a to-go order earlier this evening from Warm Springs/Durango location. Cheese Curds were great, Burger was OK at best,... but what was really disappointing was Pulled Pork Tacos, absolutely terrible they looked and tasted like warm empty tortillawith bbq sauce ( no meat whatsoever only a small pieces of fat). Poor maintenance in the bathroom. Restaurant was half empty but we still wait to sit which isn’t an issue and we understand... staffing issues. The food was okay and everything is more expensive but even on Tuesday the 12 wings were over 15$ which wasjust crazy. Read more
