We did an online pick up order yesterday 10/11/2022, we should have checked our order because there was another person letting... them know things were missing. Well sure enough we get home and the fries we ordered were not in the bag. I tried calling them3xs with no answer and its an automatic hang up after 2 minutes. We reluctantly went back, the girl tried to justify it withthem being so busy all night and the young man immediately apologized, asked us what was missing them offered us a large versuswhat we ordered which was very nice of him. The food was okay, we ordered 2 flavors but they gave us more of one than the otherwhen I wanted half of each. Also, we ordered 4 ranches and got only 3 which we noticed after our second trip. So make sure youdetail that because if not they will probably do the same and ALWAYS check your order before you leave! Read more
This score is because the whole place is under renovation and well honestly they should be shut for this. Tables on top each... other its crowded. The service was well slow I believe our food was forgotten to be ordered by our server Mr. Pickle . He seemedto have been distracted by a customer he knew almost flustered. So what could of been good turned out eh. Also don't order thebrisket or any nachos . No beans hell no brisket. The other items where alright. Wow! The potato wedges with hatch queso sauce were so good! The boneless honey BBQ wings were so juicy on the inside and crispy... on the outside. A Goose Island Wild Herd tall draft beer for only $3 while waiting for our online order hit the spot. Servicewas great and a relaxing atmosphere with video keno/poker machines made the short wait worthwhile. Highly recommended! Read more

I don?t know what was going on tonight, but I placed a to go order for two 10 piece wings +fries, fried pickles, and street... tacos. Upon walking in the girl manning the counter was incredibly rude and short with us. After, I got my wing order with asingular fry drenched in sauce and all the food was cold. Also missed out on the southwest ranch for my pickles which wouldn?thave been a big deal if it wasn?t on top of the sad looking wings and their one fry. There?s even space for the fries obviouslybut apparently a half empty box seems normal. Also looking back no one checked the order so I guess that may be why so much wasscrewed up. By far the worst BWW experience I?ve ever had . The wings were bone dry and over cooked and almost no sauce what so ever . The... burger was slipped together and over cooked. It was horrible . I asked for extra wet and got barley any sauce on the wings atall. I?ve had better wings from 7/11 unfortunately, I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this low of quality is inexcusable. Ordered my wings and wedges...after 30 minutes got my wedges, after 20 more I paid for them and left never getting my wings.... Bartender was sympathetic, but I just give up on this place. Literally didn't come here for over two years, because of close tothe exact same experience. Sauces are good, ranch and blue cheese are pathetic, but you have a kitchen that can't manage to dropwings in a fryer for a predetermined amount of time and toss them? Read more
