So go here at this location for breakfast wanted Croissant with BACON NOT SAUSAGE. Even had my son go inside at 1030am. He got... a coke but of course they failed to tell him there was NO ICE. Like WTH fast food restaurant out of ice? Last time I will goto this location will go to McDonalds instead at least your order is correct and your food is hot!!! Read more
This location no longer accepts Burger King coupons, not sure if other BK locations are doing the same but the employee at this... location told us it was a decision for this location and others BK's might still be accepting coupons. We get coupons in themail from BK at least once a month, and we usually end up eating at this BK (closest to our home) or another once or twice amonth for breakfast, and at least once for lunch or dinner. We always use a coupon, and we've noticed that with inflationincreasing the cost of everything, the prices of the items offered on the BK coupons have increased - which we understand and donot mind (our normal breakfast coupon price has increased by $2 in the past 3 months). But for a company to not accept their owncoupons is not acceptable to me and we will travel the extra mile to visit a different BK from now on. We're retired and livingon a fixed income, and coupons help make it possible for us to enjoy eating out every so often. I will try other BK locationssoon to see, but last night my limited budget was spent at McDonalds (they are still honoring their coupons) instead of thisBurger King. Read more
This place always closes their lobby early! Today, they closed the lobby right after my husband walked in. This was 3:30 pm.... Many days they are closed sometime after 5 pm. If they can't operate during their posted business hours, they should close andshut down. Read more
Stopped at this BK for breakfast sandwiches-manager resolved overcharge issue by bundling food differently. The young ladies who... helped initially were visibly irritated by me lol-I guess I was a "Karen" but my mind was blown how I was charged $2 for addingcheese to a sandwich-anyway-after the problem was solved I was cool, apologized for any disruption and thanked the manageragain-when I got home and opened my food ???????? these girls gave me the oldest sausage they could find and had smashed thebiscuits totally flat ???????????? literally looked like a pita ???? touché to the little lady who got her revenge on thecustomer who knows basic math. I wish I couldnt even give this place a one I try to tell them they missed my meal and the young lady tonight told me she... counted three when I told her I fed my family and not myself she told her teammates and this man wrapping burgers told me yourstill here and it's not that serious while I waited for my food people like that should not be working with poor attitudes withthe public I'm a waitress and understand the difficulty of the public but this is far unprofessional I left there with no mealafter arguing with staff that I didn't receive my food telling your customers there liars is absurd I will have to say thegentleman on the left tried to make it right Read more
Had the worst experience from this location back to back. My bun was burned and as hard as a hockey puck. My sandwich had none... of the advertised onions. The drink station in the lobby had no ice and almost all the drinks were out. The station itself waslittered with spilled soda, napkins and straw papers. The following day I went in and ordered again, this time in the drivethrough and the young lady was not friendly and did not seem to want to be there by her demeanor when I approached the window.My fries were not in my bag when I checked upon pulling off and when I went inside the young lady in the drive through alongwith one of the female managers was standing at the bagging station giving me a dirty look. I will never go bck to this one again. Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. So unorganized. When I did get my food after... waiting that long, it was cold. The employee working the window was not friendly or apologetic. Chicken sandwich looks awful,definitely not like the picture on the board. Read more
Don't pay cash here. The girl in the drive thru gave me my change folded in the receipt. When I got home I realized she was... smooth to be such a little thief. I called to complain and no one is answering. Looks like I need to get a hold of management.She got fake wavey hair, fake long and filled in eyelashes, red polished pointy fake nails on with a little design. Youngprobably in here early 20's. Sweet girl but you're not slick. Stealing from customers is a real good reason to get fired. Read more
