Closed their lobby early at 8:30 while an employee sat sitting in the lobby. When they saw me five employees came out and... started yelling at me saying they're going to call the police. I called their bluff and asked them if they wanted my name,address, phone number and license plate number to make it easy for the police. Sitting in a clear view of the public there's noexpectation of the privacy therefore there is nothing they can do about someone taking a picture of a employee sitting in thedining area while closing it because it's supposedly they don't have enough employees. I feel it was definitely an attempt bythe employees on that shift to hide that they were closing the dining room early because they just didn't feel like keeping itopen. I would never even bother trying to eat at this Burger King but unfortunately this is the Burger King that's closest tomy house. It is by far one of the worst Burger Kings in town. Read more

The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt. My fish sandwich was ok except the top bun was burned not toasted. ????... were average, needed more salt. The employee did ask if I needed ketchup and was generous with the packets! Just the charred bunwas a bummer. Read more

Preferred location when I'm working because it's easier to get to and from. Location recently renovated both the interior and... the drive through lane. I've been here 2x since and a few times prior and I'll have to say general experience can be hit ormiss. Overall food is fine and what you'd expect but service from my observations can be a bit muddled. This being my mostrecent visit, the drive thru was remodeled to two lanes and seems to me to be causing backlog issues. Walked in and 4 peoplemyself included were waiting to take orders, 2 people were waiting to pick up orders and the drive through was starting to blockthe parking area. This all could have been due to a mid shift change, but had an overall OK experience besides a slightly longerwait. Read more

Sooo my 1st time going to this location and will be the last? Wait in the drive through for 5min before anybody said anything to... me? Once I got to Order I asked for no ketchup! and it was repeated back to me twice.. Waiting again to go to the window. Whoknows how long but it was a long time. Paid and the guy repeated back to me, my order with no ketchup!!! I?m pretty sure Theburger was already made for another person?s order . So they still gave me the wrong order with ketchup on it!!!!! I would giveno stars.. But ya know? It?s not an option on here. Also I ordered a whopper and I?m pretty sure whoppers come with lettuce andtomato!!! Again handing me someone else?s order Smdh!!!!! 100 % great customer service@ Joaquin was super friendly and fast. He was so good he made sure twice that our order was right.... Even tho they where close to closing. He made sure all his customers where satisfied and made everyone feel like we where topend customers. Read more
