Horrible experience in this location, save your time and money and visit another location. I ordered to go and received my order... for dine in. Which isn't a big deal BUT the lady working puts her hands all over my fries and puts it in the bag. She had nogloves and touched the food. It was disgusting. Now the whoppers we're also disgusting, they were drowned with Mayonnaise. I amnot coming back! Read more

Customer service always great but the last couple of times I order chicken Jr sandwich and the chicken was over cooked and... sandwich pretty much dry. The first I purchased this particular sandwich it was juice and melt in your mouth but these lastcouple of times was a waste of money to tell you the truth. Went.in at lunch only 1 person working the counter and he was off to the side playing with his phone other was making meals.... Manager was in her office 2 other employees wondering around trying to look busy and one sitting in the dinning room. It took 5minutes to order than another 16 minutes to get our lunch, that's 21 minutes of my 30 minute lunch. Now Got our food coldchicken nuggets limp old fries and missing one order of them. Burgers so cool that the cheese did not even melt. Only thing thatseemed hot and fresh was our jalapeño cheese bits. No service long wait times for fast food cold food and not everything weordered. People's money and time are precious and very clear this burger King does not care or understand that. To many optionson the 4 corners here go to Wendy's or Carl's Jr so sad that business ethics are no longer a priority and that it is at theprice of the consumer sham on this burger King location Read more

This is hands down the WORST service i have ever had at any fas food place ever! Everytime I have been here during the day, it... takes 20, sometimes 30 min just to get through the drive thru... and that with only 2 or 3 cars, including me. Its insane howslow they are. Its like they are only able to do one order at a time. On average I usually end up waiting 10 minutes at the menuboard, just waiting for the lazy attendant to take my order, then another 10-20 min waiting to get my food. Whoever manages theday shift should be ashamed of themselves. On top of that, they always get my order wrong and don't bother to include napkins orcondiments. Today, the cashier argued with me that the #2 is the Texas whopper, when it is (and always has been) The regularDouble Whopper. She also argued that it comes with cheese... fine, want to give me the cheese for free, cool but you are allcompletely incompetent. The guys on night shift are always on point and do a good job, so why is the day crew soincompetent? I can tell you for sure I won't be coming back here. Read more

Hilariously unreliable! Past 2 visits: 1) Asked for onion rings with zesty sauce, got no zesty sauce. 2) Asked for onion rings... with zesty sauce, got no onion rings! (Stale fries instead.) I was gone before I discovered the fun surprise each time(because it was the drive-thru). I also have fond memories of waiting in line about 20 minutes at the drive-thru not too longago on a different occasion. Funny place. This place is ridiculous!!!! Don't waste your time there "literally". Their wait times are long. With 1 or no cars at all you're... typically there about 15 minutes. Today I waited or should I say wasted 25 minutes without receiving service at all. I alreadysent a message to corporate. I STRONGLY encourage you to do the same if you have similar experiences with wait times. It's alldue to their employees. They really need to hire better. Read more

I used to love this location but they have gotten rid of all their good employees and now have the worst employees. Twice now I... have gone and waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with one car in front of me! Both times I have asked for Ranch, the firsttime I git home to find no ranch in the bag, tonight I asked a second time and was told yes there was ranch in the bag and afterlooking myself there was no ranch but two Buffalo sauces. I told him there were no ranches and he sughed and rolled his eyes andhanded me two ranches. After getting home one hamburger bun was burnt. This location is a joke! Read more
