The food has been very bad, the customer service is really bad especially at the burger King on bonanza and eastern. But all of... the burgers, fish sandwiches and chicken sandwiches are so gross I do not recommend eating any of the food they serve. And thefries are raw !! Please get some people in that can cook. Pretty decent breakfast of bacon sausage and egg croissant. The best part was the employee who took my order. The customer ahead... of me couldn't speak English and she did her best to help him with his order. It made me happy to see how hard she worked to gethim the right food. Read more
Disgusting food and soda . I first of all I ordered a #4 not a number 1 I got a number 1 and the hash browns were absolutely... over cooked to stone, the coke tasted like it was half mixed with sprite and the cherry on top was the people here specificallythe kid 20s black girl likes to yell her head off. So I came up to this place because little caesars was closed so when I got there was only 1 other car. I place an order for a #9... just the sandwich but NO tomatoes. I get home and there is tomatoes it ain't that hard or rocket science. I would get it if theyhad a long line but no there was 1 other car. They got their food as I pulled up to pay for mine so there was no reason at allthey couldn't have gotten my order right. Pure lazy!! Read more

Drive through lady is always rude, food sucks. Today I got a burger that was hard like it has been sitting out all day and was... just reheated. Chicken on the burger was hard and the tomato was soggy. It tasted old and looked old. I smelt the burger and itsmelled very moldy, I instantly threw it away. Food is never good but bother inlaw loves the nuggets so we always go herehoping it would get better but it does not. Need new management and staff. Read more
This particular BK is in need of new a complete overhaul with its staff. Not 1 of them know what's going. I placed an order on... the app, show up at drive thru 6 minutes only to be greeted with " be with you in a minute" 6 minutes later, he says" just tolet you know we are only taking cash" never says can I help you. I said I placed an order on the app for Robert. He replies" 2ndwindow" I pull up and wait 11 minutes for 2 chix sandwiches, 2 rodeo burgers, . I finally get it, pull away from window, thereare tomatoes on my chix sandwiches and my fries are not in the bag. Let me also say, there was nobody...not a single customerinside and I was the only one in the drive thru. Pathetic customer service. Horrible Read more
