Let me start by saying Burger King is probably my favorite of the major national fast food chains, excluding more regional... choices like The Habit or In n Out?I mean, who doesn?t love a big juicy Whopper with Cheese, amirite?! Problem is, thisparticular Burger King is slooooooooooooow when going through the drive-thru. I mean, like, unbelievably slow. And for noapparent reason. It doesn?t matter if you?re the only one in the drive thru, it doesn?t matter if you only order a single combomeal, or what time of day you go. They are just SLOW. My partner and I have joked that maybe they?re growing the potatoes fortheir fries, because that is what it seems we?re always waiting on when we finally get to the window. And it?s too bad, becausethe sandwiches are made and sitting there getting cold, while the fries seem to take an absolutely outlandish amount of time tobe ready. We waited 20 minutes AFTER ordering in the drive-thru more than once, with only 2 to 3 cars ahead of us. And wethought perhaps those cars just had complicated or big orders, but then when WE got to the window, we waited another almost tenminutes, for just two simple regular ol? combo meals. Sooooo, there?s SOMETHING going on at that BK, or perhaps not ENOUGHgoing on there. It?s unfortunate because we get really good coupons for them because we live so close, and so it?s a superconvenient location and the pricing with the coupons is unbeatable, but for the kind of wait that is always involved, it alwaysfeels like a hassle and we end up deciding to go to the Carl?s Jr. across the street. It costs twice as much because we don?thave coupons for CJ?s, but we also are done and going back home within like 5-10 minutes instead of 20-30 minutes. Read more

They served us extra dry and overcooked nuggets and fries. When we showed it to them to get them replaced, they were extremely... unprofessional. Without a word, they just smirked and took the items back, then started laughing at us. How do you serveinedible food and then laugh at your customers for asking for a replacement. This is my third time coming here. I usually go here lunch time and those were great experience. My husband loves the BK fries... and I love their burger. We live close-by around 0.4 miles away from here. I saw the lady crew was not wearing gloves which is ano-no being a food handler. The cashier who just handed me my order did not even say anything like thank you, bye or have agreat evening something like that. After the drive-thru, we went home straight. My husband usually eat the fries on our way homeevery time I hand it to him but he did not this time cause he was busy on his phone. If we knew that it?s like this, we wentback there before going home and ask for a new one. The fries were old. The burgers were fine but not as warm as the usual. This is my first visit to this new location. Honestly, I did read the reviews before showing up so I was unsure what my... experience would be. However, the experience was fantastic. The wait was short, and the inside was wide open and clean looking.The girl at the register was incredibly nice and the food was delicious. I'd say that was a positive experience. Read more
