I hesitate to share how much I love this place because I don't want to make it harder to get delicious food for a good price in... a timely manner. Taco Tuesday here is the BEST!! I always opt to get a 4oz creamy cilantro dressing and beans and a drink andit's purrrrfect ????... Read more

Absolutely love the food. Absolutely hate their service. Ordered a $300+ catering order and showed up to pick it up at the time... I was told and ended up having to wait another 30 mins for my food because it was not ready. The people over the phone confirmedeverything with me twice and the people in store just shrugged their shoulders when I showed up. No apology, no nothing. Justexcuses and passing the blame to someone else. This was yet another failure in customer service at cafe Rio and I likely willnever be going back as a result. Read more

Came up on Memorial Day. They were giving a 50% off for military. I got the pork nachos which you can add in toppings and salsa.... My husband tried their enchiladas. With beans and rice employees are super nice and wasn't very busy but the food was decent. Not sure if it was worth the price before the discount. But definitely a place if you want a quick stop for Mexican food theyhave burritos, nachos, tacos and enchiladas not a huge menu but they have the basics which is customizable! Read more

The food is decent and the portions are fairly large, depending on who makes it for you. For 2 burritos and 1 drink, it was... almost $30. That's a little steep, but when your guy wants Cafe Rio, you have Cafe Rio. It was fairly quiet when we were there. But, everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals. I will say that the cleanliness of the restaurant has gone down. I'm not surewhy. Staffing issues may be a reason. The tables needed some love as did the floor. Just makes me wonder how clean the back areais. Will I return? Sure. Read more

I ordered a burrito today and the lady making it did not listen to what I asked for. I asked for rice and 1/2 a spoon of beans.... The lady covered it in beans. And when I said hey yo what?s the deal with the beans she looked at me with a blank stair like Iwas stupid. I said I asked for 1/2 a spoon of beans not 1 1/2. She said nothing starring for 40 secs and said sauce? Ladyruined my lunch. Normally I like this place and staff is excellent. Today was the exemption I guess. The idea of a burrito baris you get to pick the ingredients in it and today I got a bean burrito with a side of pork. Where I wanted a pork burrito somebeans inside. Read more

I used to LOVE cafe rio I usually order a salad from their about once a week..well not anymore. I used to go in to order but all... their staff is seriously rude and ignorant. Today I ordered a salad for pickup. I paid extra for pork and like always not getextra pork. I put on the instructions I don?t want tomatoes, guacamole, or lime so I pickup my order and get home and find abunch of tomatoes which I?m allergic to, I find not one lime but 5 limes on my salad, and I find a huge thing of guacamole. Ifthis was the first and only time this happened I would be fine but this happens EVERYTIME I order pickup. I forgot to add thatsince their lettuce pieces are huge I ordered shredded lettuce just to not get it also. Read more

Grossest experience ever. I ordered my food online and took it to work. First, I wasn't given all of my order and had to go back... and get the rest. Once I arrived at work and was eating my food I noticed my lid had a speck on it. What I thought was a pieceof burnt food turned out to be a smashed dead fly. ???? I will never order from here again. I do not recommend this place. Read more

This place is so hit and miss. Somedays it's great. Lately, not so much. The lettuce for the salad was huge pieces, more like... you'd serve in a sandwich, not as a salad. They don't drain the beans, so the tortilla on the bottom is soggy. This time, theyforgot the cheese, but added extra cilantro. They told us it would be extra for a scoop of queso on the nachos. They didn't saythey charge $2.50 as though I got a side of queso. My son prefers Chipotle's kids meals because the chips are better and theygive you rice and beans, not just one. I recommend checking out orizabas instead of here. They have bite size lettuce and don'tovercharge for cheese on the nachos. Read more
