This place is one of these "if I could give it 0 stars I would". Staff is all very unprofessional, super ghetto. Turned down... customer after customer on a Thursday midday because they were literally out of everything; meat, salsa, cheese. I took the onlymeat they had left instead of leaving and they had the nerve to give me attitude and still charge me for the salsa its supposeto come with. Not even worth it, not good. Was looking forward to this opening. Was supposed to open it seemed like 2 months ago. Went to grand opening on 6/24/22 at the... Flamingo location. They had a game resembling plinko. Gave each of us a token to drop. One landed on free water bottle. Onelanded on free meal. Received coupon for free meal. Did not get the water bottle. When asked, was informed that the prize wasfor the best out of two. So when mentioned that we were two different people, not family, we were then told it was for eachgroup/car. What a joke. Placed the order for the free meal, there was some confusion on what was ordered. Then when ready tocheck out, was told there was a balance due. Asked why, it was a free meal. Was told that the sauce that was asked for, wasn'tfree. So canceled the order and left. I mean, if you are getting a free meal, your getting a free meal. Was not informed aheadof time of that sauce would be a chargeable item. Went back the next day to try and get free meal. This time did not requestany extra sauce. When the order was being made, the tortilla tore. The person preparing the food added an extra tortilla. WhichI didn't understand why they just did not remake the order. Now order is wrapped in two tortillas. It was hot outside, sodidn't say anything. Picked up my order, which was free, no extra charges. When order being prepped, they wrap it, sendthrough oven heater?, how are you supposed to get your cilantro, sauces or whatever else, inside the order? So dang delicious!! The pork barbacoa burrito enchilada style with mild tomatillo salsa, jack and cheddar cheese inside and out,... extra salad, pico, and cilantro is my tried and true regular order and I wasn't disappointed this time either. I was tempted bythe lime pie enough to indulge in dessert before lunch too. The incredible sharpness of the lime absolutely needs the whippedcream and strawberry topping but it's going to be added to my order from now on. For only about $20 I had enough food to feedme for two meals that day and surprised me with an awesome dessert on top of that. A winner by my frugal standards. Thislocation was clean, bright, well-maintained, and had incredibly helpful, friendly, and conscientious staff that could chat withme while also filling my order quickly and efficiently.
