Food is great. Their cheese steaks are phenomenal. But their service is usually just okay. But sometimes they forget about a... customer and leave a sandwich ready for 20 minutes. Longer if the customer doesn't say anything. Not so much as a "sorry aboutthat". Also, the Bobbie is a great idea but overrated, don't buy more than 4" of that. Read more

I always buy the Impossible philly bcuz I'm allergic to meat.. to learn that you no longer cook the impossible on a separate... flat top is depressing to know my order could be cross contaminated at anytime...not good Read more

Ordered a sandwich was told 10 minutes I said great got there in 15 sat in driveway another five no problem I understand. As I... paid for the order the clerk flat out asked me how much of a tip would you like to leave... thought that was rude and Way tostrong. normally I always tip not in this case. Read more
