I would have rated it zero. The staff messed up on our delivery, and when I called I was was advised we had to inconvenience... ourselves and bring the wrong sandwiches in, as if to prove they messed up. Even after the the employee on the phone verifiedthat the staff messed up the sandwich. This place is not only lacking customer service but they clearly lack the capacity toread instructions. The ridiculous part, the order was place through the company's website not a third party company. Thesandwiches are not that great there are better companies with better service. Read more

So FREAKING delicious! Wanted to try this place while visiting in Vegas, and had to go back AGAIN for trip home sandwiches! SO... GOOD! New staff was being trained but the were friendly!
