Ordered on App. No dine in option, only pick up in drive thru or take out. 2 employees I asked why, neither had knowledge. Took... over 2 minutes to be acknowledged at counter. Only 1 person ahead of me. Table was dirty and condiment bin of ketchup was empty.Had no bun burger and large fries. Fries were 1/2 empty, burger was great. Used my first time user free sandwich offer. Paid$3.59 for low portion of large fries. Was in vegas for a short time. Everyone else was closed and they are open 24 hours a day which is great for me. Im a tow truck... driver so i come in at all times but i always stop in and grab a bite to eat here. Although at night i have to park my big truckand walk through the drive thru but they dont mind which i love. Very tasteful food every time i come and the grease is changedregularly i can tell. One of the few places that is open from 2am-6am nowadays. I love the spicy chicken sandwiches especially when the lettuce isn't... shredded. The staff at this location is always very friendly and I've never had any problems with any orders. Read more
First thing you'll notice when going inside is how cold the dining area is, and I mean refrigerator cold. This location caters... to a lot of Uber eats and other delivery services! Anyway. We ordered our food and waited over ten (10) minutes just to get two(2) California classics and All Star Meal !! I'm the type that's going to check my food before I even take a bite, but my has totest it out and be quickly disgusted or continue eating. Can you guess which one she was?, That's right folks she wasdisgusted!! Most places you go don't put enough Mayo or another condiment on your burger and this was no different so she wentup and got some little packets from the manager and when she opened them, every single one of them were spoiled and looked likeVaseline!! I grabbed them and showed the packets to the manager and they just threw them away but never bothered to remove theother Mayo packets from the bin!! With one of my Burgers I discovered that it old, as if it had come from either a cancelledUber eats order or someone else that wasn't happy and walked out, but this Burger was hours old!! The bun was rock solid, meatwas dried out and shrunk and the cheese had already hardened. Now if this was a fresh Burger ???? it would have had some kindfreshness to it, right??!!! Hello the world - Just calling to all eyes and ears to be saying this star burger is a loving retreat and tasting a delicious... dinner every stopover and I miss the golden temple of mouth watering Jalapeno Poppers the temple of life and the crowned headthe crowning touch and it is so sad that they removed the award winning appetizer from the menu.
