Everytime I pulled up to the drive thru they always say "can you give me a minute "...it never fails. They do this each and... every time. The drive thru is just slow all day every day. UPDATE: so I decided to go with them anyway despite the long wait. SoI asked for a manager after 7 mins of waiting. Miguel refused my service once I asked for a manager. I wanted to make an ordermy food because I was hungry and as soon I asked for a manager Miguel got real defensive with me. I even got out of the drivethru and went in to order . No one there to help. All they had was workers that worked in the back and they didn't speak Englishat all. So I plead with him so I can order but he said no he refused my service and if I don't leave he will call someone toremove me!!!... that will be the FINAL TIME ....I will never come back there. And I'm also calling corporate offices as well.They might as well knock the place down because barley anyone goes in to eat. Horrible customer service ultimate failure. Read more
Asked for the 2 for 7 dollar deals only. They charged 3.99 for 1 item and 5.79 for the second and had me pull ahead and wait.... They said cashier forgot to hit a button. I said I'd complain on the survey. Survey site doesn't work either. Read more
Worst Carl's in town. Regularly out of bacon, chicken, guacamole, or something. Staff is rude and they are giving you regular... patties while charging extra for Angus beef. Was out of bacon today when I went to order 2 double westerns and a double Angusguacamole burger, asked them to sub for extra onion rings and guac respectively, charged me for onion rings instead of frieswith my combo and ignored the burgers, no extra guac, no extra onion rings, no bacon, no side of guac, and when I asked for theside they told me was in the bottom of the bag. Aure enough after a $41 order for 3 people all the sandwiches were wrong. Calledand the manager and was offered a free side of guac if I drive all the way back for my trouble. I enjoy the breakfast @ Carls Jr. although it's NOT worth the wait at this location. The line is never long here but that's... because it literally takes them almost 20 minutes to fullfill this order (see pic). I've been here 3 times this last week justto see if it was a one time thing. This specific Carls Jr. has a constant 15 to 20 minute wait in an EMPTY drive through,everytime, without fail. Hashbrowns were cold and the sandwich was cold. Expect to wait longer if you order more then one fooditem. I ordered 3 burgers last time and it took almost half hour. I actually backed out and went and grabbed taquitos at 7-11and when I passed by again the same car was still waiting at the window. Read more
I was impressed with the late night service, the quality of the food (especially the fries), & how tasty everything was. I got... the plant based burger. I guess they don?t call it vegan, so offering it with cheese, mayo, & ?special sauce? is understandable.I wish they were coach their teams a little more to fully understand the difference of plant-based & vegan. I respect the factthat this is from corporate & not each individual store. The service was quick & the woman who helped me was very kind. Iordered their waffle fries (they call them something else I forgot the name) & a diet dr. Pepper fountain drink which was prettygood too. A little more carbonation would have been nice. & lastly, the price was actually a lot more than I would haveexpected. Huge seating area, clean, reminds you of an old sock hop. Service is quick with fresh burgers and fries. Love the specials.
Staff are great! The wait is a bit longer than other fast food places but it is worth it in the end since their burgers are the... best tasting for fast food! Highly recommend ???? Read more
