Service was terrific ????. Although, I could have done with the csr paying more attention to my requests. I asked her about the... promotion cup and she wound up giving me the original one at first. Then I asked her to make sure that I got extra sauce on mywestern, but I had to remind her 5 minutes later because she took care of other things first... and the order was almost ready.One last thing is I went to Carl's Jr for breakfast but I was too late. Then I also found out that what I was there for in thefirst place, was no longer available. I would really appreciate it if you were to bring back the biscuits and gravyplatter. Very poor cooking skills .. the sourdough star was not toasted or grilled at all no crunch whatsoever like in the commercial..... these people don?t cook all the way and there is NO excuse you were not busy at all when I was in the drive thru not one car infront or behind me and my burger was $12 for a sourdough star combo with cris cut fries .. what an absolute abomination to thefast food arena.. Ordered through postmates and there was an technical issue between the merchant and postmates as they claimed. 2 drivers tried... to pick up my order, restaurant worker notified them that my order isn?t there. Got charged $41 for canceling the order andpostmates tried to call this location twice to verify if the food was picked up or not because on their side it notified themthat the order was ready when it wasn?t. Father's day had issue with another store accepting digital version of Father's day coupon so I drove to this store. I got a... Big Carl Combo. The fries were greasy and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The Big Carl had fresh lettuce but the meatwas overcooked dry and cold. Was the meat precooked sitting around waiting to be used? So I ordered on the drive thru everything ok total 19.38 cents I payed cash 20 dollars then the guy at the window ask for... another dollar so I'm like huh? Then he realized it was less than 20 then tries to give me my change and he drop it past thewindow onto the drive thru floor.
