Ordered online. Waited 20 minutes and 4 customers ordered while they TRIED to FIND my order. Disaster!! Took more time than... if I had just walked in. Think I'll stick with Starbucks. May cost a little more but at least Starbucks understands "CUSTOMERSERVICE". Read more
