This by far was the worst experience and the worst location. Tonight at around 8 pm I went to pick up dinner; and when I was... moving down the line, the young lady says.. this is all we have left. There is no cheese, no guacamole, no shredded lettuce.Since we already had our food, I decided not to cancel the order and made the best of it. In addition, grabbed a side of riceand a salsa. After spending over $40 on the food, I had to grab cheese, lettuce and avocado at Smiths; another $20. When I gethome, and take the bag out, they must have not closed the salsa lid and all of the food fell through the bottom of the saturatedbag. Thankfully, the kids stayed on but I was even more agitated picking up containers on the gravel. Open up the food and itlooks and tastes horrific. They barely had any chicken on one of the meals; the barbacoa was fatty and cold and we ended upthrowing the food away as it was inedible. The other thing is watching these young kids, who had no clue what to do whenadvising they were out of everything. One young lady starts questioning the other girl about not having cheese and she lookedirritated. Meanwhile, you have a line behind me who are going to have the same issue with nothing to garnish their meals. At theleast, discounts should have been offered. I do not make it a norm to complain but management clearly was a fail and evidentthere was no one but kids running that place. I had never been to Chipotle so I ordered a couple different burritos. I tried one burrito with just meat, rice, sauce and... cheese and another that has +2 toppings and beans. Note that extra toppings or beans do not increase the price of the burrito,which is pretty cool and lead me to believe I was going to be ordering the same burrito but one would simply have more toppingsand proportioned accordingly to accommodate. Pictured are the two burritos and one costs only $0.30 more than the other becauseit is double wrapped in tortilla. I understand that a burrito that isn't loaded with many ingredients isn't going to be as largeas one that is but this is absolutely unreasonable and unacceptable. This $10 burrito is nearly 3x smaller than the other $10.30burrito. I went back to ask why one burrito got hit with a shrink ray and they told me that they have no clue what to do withthe proportions when you don't ask for extra and told me I had to select extra ingredients for a larger burrito. Well extra meatcosts $4 extra so they remade my simple burrito with extra rice and.. shocker-- it just became 90% rice (also pictured). If Iwanted to eat rice and tortilla I'd do that at home for $0.15 a serving. Many other places know how to proportion a burrito withthe toppings you request but I guess Chipotle doesn't/ refuses to. A very confusing and disappointing experience that is in noway worth the price of admission. Read more

You can order online for pickup. No masks are required. Neat, clean organized interior. Customer service was friendly and... competent. Wait in line was minimal. There were a couple of items not available but would be ready in a few minutes if youwanted to wait. Various entrees and additions to select. The portions were generous. I had the new Pollo Asado burrito bowl. Itwas well seasoned and very tasty. Prices are moderate. We will return. Read more

Very unimpressed! This place has really gone downhill! We came here for take out last night, and after waiting in line for about... 15 minutes, we're told they don't have the chicken asada. We were told it was going to be 15 minutes; so no problem for freshfood. After waiting for 35 minutes, they finally started our order. Once we got home, we realized they didn't put in any saladdressing for the salads in the bags, the lettuce was far from fresh, and the carnitas were nothing but fat. Sadly, I took a fewbites and had to throw the rest away. In some defense for the staff, the place was busy, but this location was extremely messywith food everywhere on the floors, in the prep area, etc, as though they hadn't wiped surfaces for hours. Disorganized, slow,unfriendly staff, low quality food. Management really needs to step up and take some pride in this location. Sad to see a decentplace with so many problems. Read more

One of the salads I ordered had molded lettuce. Called to let store know and was offered refund. The molded lettuce was sitting... right on top of the bowl, was more than obvious. Other pieces were hidden inside. If I get the refund, may update my review. Read more

Overall the food was great. The employees were very professional and quick. I took one star off because the portions seem way... smaller than usual. Maybe they were moving to quick and gave smaller scoops or maybe management told them to cut back. For methat was the only reason I ever went here or got the bowls. I?m sure from time to time I?ll stop by but it will definitely beless frequent. Hopefully it was just a one off but only time will tell. The quality of the meats were great that being said. Read more
