Fantastic hot pot. My wife says “it’s hot.” Wagyu is excellent. Great selection in general. They also have a conveyor... belt for sides, which is fun. Excellent service. Meat & veggie portions are very considerate. The meat quality is definitely very good. The employee was very... helpful about explaining the process and cooking certain meats in the hot pot. The spicy broth is very spicy, especially atmedium. Be prepared to get that extra kick in spice for the next levels of spice! Cooking the meat and broth is really up to youto see how you like your foods. So, if you do lack cooking skills, bring someone along that knows what ingredients really makeyour water mouth and satisfy your cravings. Parking is shared with other businesses so there isn't a designated spot for ChubbyCattle. There are handicap spots in front of this store. Overall, had an excellent experience. Read more
This place super busy to get in and dine. I waited around forty-five minutes to be seated. The broth was tasty, meats was fresh... and the noodles was handmade. I choose a combo set. This is another "must visit" restaurant for Las Vegas! Probably the best hotpot experience I have ever experienced. We rushed... here after the Raiders MNF game and was able to get in within a few minutes (8:30pm). We chose to do one of the combo meals andthere was more than enough food for the two of us. We loved the fried rice, hand pulled noodles choices, and wagyu beef. Lovedthe conveyor belt options as well. Not a cheap option for hot pot, but... You get what you pay for. Saw this place on “The Best thing I have ever eaten” on the food network. We just had to try it. It is highly worth leaving... the strip for. The service was incredible. The servers were very attentive and helped us with all of our questions. If you neverhave had hotpot before. I recommend the combos they have. We went with the premium combo that included Wagyu Beef, it wasdefinitely the best choice for us. The mushrooms, the seafood, the brisket, all just amazing. If you love spicy food go with thehellish soup, but I wouldn’t go over medium spicy. My sinuses cleared up while eating. I highly recommend this place and Iwill be back the next time I visit. I think it’s just ok, not very good to my good hotpot standard. The meat quality is fine. I chose the beef and lamb combo bc I... love eating lamb. But I think it’s a mistake to order lamb bc the lamb meat has smell that only good slaughter knows how toget rid of them. I still smell that smell in their lamb meat strongly. Second, I think it’s very expensive compared to thequantity and quality of food served! The only good experience there was that the waiters are very polite and nice.
