The best part of Churches Texas Chicken is of the " Honey Biscuits, " other than the Chicken of course. Third place (Tied),... would be the fried Okra and jalapeno poppers!. The chicken here has a better crunch and the meat is always perfectly cooked. K#CChicken has an uncooked feel to it and Pop**es is either overcooked or, just plain greasy. Read more
Worst experience of my life!! When you see what my chicken sandwich looked like you?d think they were trying to poison me. I... cannot believe the amount of mayonnaise smacked on those 2 HARD pieces of bread with 8 pickles piled up! The food line outsideonly had 2 people in it and no one was in the store. We understand due to unprecedented times that stores will be understaffed, however, this location can be better with... communication. We pulled up to the drive thru and no one came on the speaker, after 5 minutes, still no one came, so I calledtheir store, a lady answered and I?m assuming she?s the manager, I asked if there was anyone working drive thru and with a rudetone she said I don?t have any staff right now, we?re not opening. There?s always a better approach and if there was some kindof signage that could?ve been put up on the drive thru speaker and on their store doors, I wouldn?t be writing this! Slowwwww as F and the people don't look happy or sound happy took my whole lunch to get my food, I was going to buy a family... meal and drop food to my house but I barely have enough time to eat now so i ordered a 3 piece meal that took 40 mins to GET, itdidn't need to be cooked it just took that long period 20 min to take my order and twenty min to get my food after that I evenstarted to record while I was waiting for them to take my order. Then they couldn't take my cash because they had no change, allof this points to bad management equals un happy associates, then unhappy customers. This is the first and very last time I will ever eat here! I don't even review places online but this was so grimey I had to... let the people know to avoid this place at all cost! Let's see....to start we pull up to the drive thru window and there was somuch grease on the glass that you could barely see thru it! We ordered a standard chicken strip meal and were told to pull intothe parking lot and wait. It took 20 minutes for them to come out. We made it about 1/2 way home and my kid picks up her sodacup and says why does it say peter piper pizza on it!!!! You herd that right! The soda cup is from Peter piper pizza! Isearched online to see if they had any affiliation, and from what I see they dont!! So where the hell did the cup come from?!?! Oh and the food wasn't hot! Don't go here. I have no idea what?s wrong with this church?s chicken. Me and my wife ordered 10pcs spicy chicken, and waited 20 minutes(no... problem at all). We open the box when we got home and find out that the chicken wasn?t spicy. I won?t write a bad review justfor that. What disgusted my the most, is that there?s a bite mark on the chicken. I?m sure they didn?t bite the raw chicken, sosome animal bites it and they didn?t find out? I call back to the store, and the manager sounded like I was lying. Take a lookof the picture yourself. Btw the taste of the chicken is garbage, smells like vantage oil. I took this picture fresh out of thebox. Whatever the manager?s name is, please take a look of this picture with your own eyes. Lady at front has no customer service, not kind or helpful at all. Offered my drink 10 minutes after ordered, and Food took 25... minutes to receive. Very poor experience. Wont be back here at all.. 0 stars deserved Read more
