Don't bother calling in your pizza order ahead of time. We called 15 minutes before arriving to Costco, so we could pick up a... few things, then head over and pick up our pizza. Well apparently, your pizza wont get started until you pay for it. So whywould you take any orders over the phone, if it wont be ready by time we get there. Also, the employees are of no help, theygive you the generic "its in the oven" answer when you ask about your phone order. Love Costco but your employee Amanda, i sat in front of the food court and watched as she scolded every customer for not... listening for when their number was called to receive their food, including myself. The food court itself is already loud, andshe?s not loud when she calls her numbers either. She sounds very annoyed which each customer who asks a question. Work oncustomer service. To top it off, she continued to degrade some of the employees working in the back. Yikes. Read more
WE LOVE COSTCO! New Summerlin food court, NOT so much. EPIC FAIL COSTCO. Brand new food court, very LIMITED menu and condiments.... NO combo pizza, NO Onions, NO relish, etc. NO signs suggesting things will get back to normal post CovidBS. Are the days of theCostco Food Court over forever? You need to wait in at least 3 lines in order to visit the food court, not to mention they are enforcing the rule you need to... be a member when they used to be lax. A line to get in, line to order, seperate line to get your drinks, seperate line to pickup food. They have banned all condiments except pre-filled mustard or ketchup containers. Read more
What the heck costco, your new food court has been open only 2-3 days and this is what you give me? Shame on you, shame on me... for not double checking.
