I'll give this location a three because it was clean. Our order and the two other customers sitting next to us were completely... mixed up. Pretty crazy scene as, part of each table was eating and the servers were trying to take back ice cream cups and mealsto give to different tables ????. The whole point of paying a dollar extra for the royal blizzard is to get the core that goes all the way to the bottom. Without... fail, the employees at this location only put a Hershey kiss-sized dollop of the core in. Went through this dozens of times overthe last few years. It's one of the consistent parts about this place that I'd get shorted the core. So, to save myself thedisappointment, I have been avoiding the royal blizzards altogether. Last night, I got an Oreo dirt pie blizzard instead. Firstoff, the "dirt" ice cream is supposed to be brown, but all I got was pure vanilla ice cream. Second, I was chewing what Ithought was an Oreo chunk, but I noticed it had a weird consistency. What did I pull out of my mouth? A piece of the wrapperthat the Oreos come in. Ordered a cake and they did a GARBAGE job in the piping around the edges. The cakes inside the freezer in the front look great... and then you pay for one and order it and it?s like they did it in 2 minutes. Really disappointed and will never use thislocation again Read more
