Very rare that we have issues with our order at this location, but it's worth mentioning that I've never left the drive thru... with food in hand. They always have you park out front and wait - which has never been an issue for me, but they do seem toalways be short staffed. So if you tend to be in a rush, I don't recommend it. Need more lights on the outside.Why are they always off please don't say because of the drive-in next door, forget them. More... lights so I don't run over someone car or person. Read more
We both love going to Del Taco to get the number 4 steak stuffed taco. Love the fries and strawberry sprite. Clean fast friendly... we never have to wait long in line. We usually spend 10 to 15 dollars for the two of us. Quality is far superior to taco bell inmy opinion. We haven't went to taco bell since we tried Del Taco! Read more
Ordered a Fiesta pack, they couldn't handle it, asked me to pull around, waited 20 minutes for 6 tacos and 6 burritos...... staffing here is HORRIBLE, and the employees apologize as they continuously push your order back to make smaller orders Read more
I was very disappointed with our Dell taco visit today. I went to store 1054 in Las Vegas. I ordered a fiesta pack and ask for... green burritos with extra green sauce. What I received was red burritos. I had specifically asked for no red sauce. I asked forgreen sauce extra green sauce and green sauce on the side. The red sauce is inedible. I also ordered two crunchy tacos with nored sauce only green sauce and extra green sauce one I got a little green sauce the other one had no sauce whatsoever. This isvery substandard customer service. I highly advise that you go to a different Del taco. This Location has slept greatly in thelast little bit. I checked my receipt and everything that I asked for was on there but that?s not what I got. I attempted tocall them to see if I can get this straightened out and their phone just goes to a fax so apparently there?s no way to contactthe store. Read more
I always go to Del taco instead of Taco bell because USUALLY everything is really great. I rarely write bad reviews, but after... I ordered 6 value tacos with extra lettuce, 2 Del Tacos, 2 Bean burritos and a crunchtada with EXTRA lettuce. I only got 5value tacos that they barely put any lettuce. It was the saddest tacos I have ever seen. The crew should be ashamed serving suchpoor quality products. Extremely disappointed. I was with a friend from out of state whom I had told Del Taco is the best,they disagreed when they saw the food. To top it off they didnt give me my receipt and when I called I got a fax machinescreeching in my ear. Check out the photos. This del taco location is horrible. I watched the shift manager Jessica take fries that was already past shelf life and redip... them and serve them to a guest. The staff was rude when confronted and very unpleasant. I wouldn't return to this location for along time imo. Read more
