Stopped there on way back from the airport. The order was accurate, except for the temperature/quality. The fries were cold, the... tortillas on our burritos were cold, the insides were cold, and the fries inside my "epic" burrito were stale. It was late, andwe were miles away before we realized how bad it was. What a waste of money. Read more

The male working the drive through tonight is the only reason I?m giving even one start he was great and polite. I tried to... order chk tenders for my son he politely told me they were out of them then I ordered a quesadilla next no issues then I went toorder the chicken tacos not realizing oh yeah they?re out of the chicken tenders they won?t have the tacos and a ladyinterrupted yelling throwing so much attitude about we try and order the chicken again so I left your drive-through canceling myorder .. 9:05pm Read more
Very poor customer service at this location. I use to live up the street from this location. Inside of the restaurant, the side... of the register was Order and the other side was Pickup. So I placed an order online and checked in using the app. When Iarrived inside of the restaurant, I went to the opposite side of the register waiting patiently to inform someone that I'mpicking up an online order that I placed. The guy at the register name Lewis asked me if I was picking up, I said yes, he said"You have to let me know" I said "That's why I'm standing here to let someone know." He said condescendingly pointing at thesign. "Well the line starts here for ok online pickup and delivery" I haven't been there for a few years now and I was unawareof the change. Was the first of 4 cars in the drive through. Took 6 min of silence and a hold on a minute to get my order taken. Once I got to... the window. I paid, got my drink and was told to go wait out front for my 4 snack tacos .. been out here for about 15 minnow...still waiting and the guy in the drive through was not a cool person at all if you're mad go home. Dirtiest del taco I?ve ever been in and I?ve been in some nasty ones. Lots of dirty tables, a large pool of water on the ground... in front of the bathrooms that stayed there the entire time we ate there. Not one person came out to clean it up. They didbother to put a wet floor sign out but left the puddle. Would give it zero stars if I could. Just bad all the way around, askedfor mild sauce and was told they were out. First time ordering from Del Taco... I figured, why not as it's just around the corner from where I'm currently residing...It is... what I expected and that's ok...I wasn't fooling myself...So, I pulled up and the lady who took my order at the drive thru,Melissa was who made it pleasant experience...She was patient, clear in her speaking and offered up some suggestions forme...She is the type of employee that should be invested in...Upon pulling up to the window I observed everyone I could seepracticing Covid-19 safety, i.e gloves, mask...After paying I was pleased to find that my order was correct...Prices were avgfor this type of food/restaurant in the area...I tried a little bit of this and a little bit of that... this place is quite ghetto. plus, the grill is apparently always being cleaned. their tables are also dirty/feel sticky.... sometimes the workers here have an attitude, which is a mood killer. i recommend everyone to just go to the del taco on easterncause the morning workers are so much better.
