Advertising can be deceiving, looked so good and fresh on ads...just to be disappointed. My chicken was room temperature at... best, half the meats on the menu were not available and my plate was not worth $20 (see picture) drink NOT included for thatprice. Do not go here. I grew up in Texas where Dickey's started. My family went all the time. I was happy to find one here in Vegas. I... used to go on Saturday and Monday for the daily special. Sadly they have new management that does not honor them anymore. Youcan't even use the deal on the app at this location. And they raised the prices. We will never go again. I hope they close. This was my first and last visit to Dickey's Barbecue Pit. The items available and prices are displayed above the ordering area.... Six chicken wings $12.00...seem high but I wanted try them. The cashier rang up my order and said the 6 wings were $14.95 plustax? I stated the menu over head list $12.00. He apologized but stated that was the price. Why not change your menu? Why nottell the customer before ordering? Again my first and last visit. Read more

Dickey's Barbecue Pit, 7430 Las Vegas Blvd S Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89123, United States. We wanted to eat sparerib and chicken.... The place looked closed but was open and we were able to order our food. We selected take away and eat it at home. The taste ofthe food is excellent, even above our expectations. Really good place for meat. Small fries with it and our meal was complete.The service in the shop is relaxed and efficient. Enjoyment!! Read more

I see they have new management, but they still have a hard time hiring decent staff.The food here is usually pretty good, but... inconsistent. The service however is still very poor. I went twice since they re-opened. First time the employee just didn'treally seem like she cared much. The second time, I walk up around 8:30, and as I'm walking up the employee locks the door andsays we are closed. That's not how you treat customers, or just another human being in general. Staff seemed bothered by our presence. We were not greeted or made to feel welcomed at all. The only thing we were told is that... it would be at least a 30 minute wait to eat because they were "backed up". Not one time were we asked for our order, so weleft. Buffalo Wild Wings (next door) got our money instead. I sincerely hope the new owner can make the necessary adjustments tobe successful. Read more

It's sad to see a business neglected by the owner. A barbecue pit on 4th of July run by 2 ladies with very limited supplies and... employees. 45 minutes to an hour. These employees are trying to stay afloat with the overwhelming amount of orders and keepingeveryone updated. Not one person in this building wants to be here. Read more

Where to start, first and foremost I rarely post reviews on google. However in this case I feel the need. A few weeks ago, I... ordered over 70.00 worth of food. The ribs were black and basically over cooked. The chicken wings were crunchy andhorrible. The rest of the order was just not up to par as it usually is with dicky?s bbq. I attempted to call the store butthe line was busy. I escalated my complaint to the customer service line. They assured me they would reach out to the storeand someone who get back to me. I got no phone call. Fast forward a few weeks later. I called the customer service lineagain, and they advised me that they have attempted to reach out to the franchisee and got no response. It?s unfortunate thatthey failed to respond to myself or even corporate. That clearly shows they have lost the passion they may have had for therestaurant or even their customers. That particular franchise will no longer receive my business. And should I find out theyown an additional location, I will refuse to eat their as well. !!!Revised!!!! Store is closed, imagine that.
