The hot dog was good but if you don't like hot sauce then maybe don't get the house sauce they put I believe that's what made it... spicy. The Chili fries were lacking on the chili lol they could put a little more for sure, the corn in a cup is a must havewell the corn on the cob would be the way to go. Came here on the way from Vegas back to LA. We ordered the elote dog, chilli dog, and the esquite. All items were incredibly... delicious. The only criticism would be the chilli dog could have been spicier - albeit a preference. The wait time wasreasonable considering there were a couple of families who ordered before us. Cool place with a hip hop vibe and friendly staff. Unfortunately the hot dogs were good but I can?t say great. If you opt not to... get the .50 cent lobster roll, your hot dog is likely to fall apart like my elote dog did instantly. The prices are a littlehigh compared to other joints like Buldogi or Steamie Weenie and you would have to order a decent amount to leave full. They didoffer a military discount and overall we were satisfied but maybe we went in with too high of expectations due to the massivepopularity. Read more
Delicious dogs. Splurge on the lobster roll, its worth it. I almost wish the hot dog was a little bit smaller, I would have... liked a little bit more corn and cheese on the elote dog but that's just nitpicking. The hot dog was amazing the fries werespectacular definitely worth a stop in. Not the cheapest dog you'll ever eat but it just might be one of the best. Read more
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the Snoop's Dogg in a regular bun, D.U.I.... fries, and Dirty Esquite. The Snoop's Dogg was very messy but good. The D.U.I. fries were some of the best fries I have everhad. I would definitely order them again. The Dirty Esquite was fantastic as well. Read more

Dirt Dog, I think about you often and wish you had a location on the East Coast. I dined at here last month and my experience... was 10 stars. Des served us, she was so friendly and welcoming. She checked on my table frequently, we never went long withoutanything we needed. I?m traveling to CA next month and visiting Dirt Dog is at the top of my list.
