I order from this domino's location about twice a week. I have never had a problem, until today. I order a simply handmade pan... pizza with cheese. I received a hand-toss pizza with cheese. I didn't know the mistake until I got home. I went back and theGENERAL MANAGER said, "Since the pizza left the store there was nothing he could do." I ordered at 5:28 pm. I got a call and text from dominoes to let me know my pizza was on its way. I then called at 6:45 to see... where it was. Spoke to a kid who let me know they are busy and a manager named Jarron who said that the guy just left. Obviouslyhe didn?t just leave. The pizza is cold. And they forgot cheese. Horrible place to order pizza. My case: order pizza through the app. App estimated that the pizza will arrive in 30 minutes. 50... minutes late called the store associate told me that the order is still in store and they will deliver it in an hour. Asked tospeak to the manager, got completed ignored. This is the last time I will order from this place! Read more
I put in my order online. They charged my card instantly and they called me instantly after that with an attitude saying they... didn?t have anyone to deliver and if they deliver that they would have to stay open an additional 3 hours for just my deliverybut that I could come get it. I order delivery because I?m at work and no I can?t come get it. The guy says sorry about thatbut we?re short staffed. Well that?s not the customers fault. Great deals to be able to feed a family of 6 these days! The food was tasty and trying the apple cinnamon dip with icing drizzle... was amazing!! Ordered online and was ready when I arrived. Staff was friendly and pleasant and most importantly quick! Read more
Update 7/30/2019: contacted by manager and really dissatisfying talk. 20% off for my complaint? They already offer that on the... website. Dont insult my intelligence, you offer terrible service and ripped me off. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE Bad Service, poorquality. Will not be going back there again. 1. burnt pizza 2. No chicken on a buffalo chicken pizza 3. Cold pizza when pickingit up. Recommend avoiding this place, there are better Domino's locations that can do a better job. Toppings were ok. Just enough to be passable, but still skimpy. I have gotten far better pizza at the Blue Diamond location, but... this one happened to be closer. However, pickup wasnt great. All four of their delivery vehicles (pictured) are blocking thevery front of the store in the clearly marked "Customer Only" parking. Were it one car, that's understandable. However, it wasnoon and the parking lot was almost completely full. The blatant lack of consideration for their customers reflects on the storeas a whole. Or at least the inability to read English. I usually don't have any issues with domino's, but today was just a disaster for store #7272. I ordered a handmade pan pizza... with just cheese. I received the pizza, but with hand-toss crust. I didn't notice till I got home and opened the box. I droveback with the entire pizza intact and my receipt for a simple replacement or exchange pizza. The GENERAL MANAGER, told me hecouldn't refund or replace my pizza because it already left the store. So, I had to purchase another pizza for my kids. Justvery poor customer service from the person whose supposed to lead and set the example for his staff. I hope the General Managercan work on there customer service skills to avoid any serious conflicts in the future. Read more
