So unprofessional and the worst customer service from the ?manager?. I ordered a pizza to be delivered. My son was sitting in... the garage waiting, because the pizza was for him. The app stated it was completed and hope we enjoy our food. The pizza wasnever delivered! I called the store and the ?manager? answered and just said ?I can remake it for you? no wanting to see wheremy order is. A dominoes driver never even made it on my street. I?m supposed to trust that it would be delivered this time andwait another 30-45 min?? I opted for a refund and ordered at papa johns instead. I will be contacting corporate. Read more

I ordered a small pizza and Ceasar salad for pick up. When o got home and looked at the salad itbwas wilted and brown and the... pizza was drenched in sauce. The food was inedible. They offered to replace the salad if I drove back to the store rather thangiving me a refund. Horrible customer service. Read more
I picked up my order of 3 items and left to head home. A minute after I drove away, I got a call from an employee indicating 1... of the items they gave me was wrong and that they have the right one in store. They said that i can keep the wrong item thatthey added in my order and the correct one is ready for pick up. Ordered online. Wings and a large thin crust pizza. Food was ready rather quick, and the tracker showed when it was ready. Pizza... and wings were cold even though I picked them up the moment they were ready, and none of my sauces were included that I paidfor. Read more
We're all familiar with Domino's so this isn't a review of their pizza; it's more about the convenience of their new location in... the Mountains Edge Marketplace (southwest corner of Blue Diamond/Buffalo). Prior to this location opening, the BlueDiamond/Decatur location was the closest and delivery (store to door) was 10-15 minutes. The pizza was always warm/hot but nowit's 5 minutes, tops, so literally tastes like it's right out of the oven. This order included a thin crust pepperoni/Italiansausage pizza, a hand-tossed Hawaiian pizza, sweet mango habanero wings, Italian sausage marinara pasta, and the marbled cookiebrownie...all of it was exactly what we've come to expect from Domino's - quick, a great value, and tasty. I love Domino?s finally a location in mountains edge beautiful place, I could not have felt more welcome by all employees I hope... they keep doing a great job!! I got the Chicken Parm sandwich not much chicken in there but tasted really good. Read more
This location makes the best pizza in town and my food is always cooked perfectly and never overdone or burned.
