Really just not that great. Ordered chicken nachos that had barely any sour cream or cheese. Carne asada burrito came with a ton... of rice which was not requested and hardly any guacamole. Fancy looking cheesecake churros are soggy and come with what I canonly presume is Hersey's chocolate sauce. Sogginess could be due to order being ready 30 minutes before my requested pick uptime. Great fresh food. Last time, I loved the fresh chips, but I guess that's an extra side. They give you extra for lunch next... day:). Their margarita was great. We had El Pastor & Chimichanga. Both were good. My husband doesn't like the fact that youhave to order first at front & get your own condiments...he's spoiled & has arthritis. He also didn't like the hard chairs. Ilove it. My family loves Fuego! We order from here maybe once or twice a month, and I will occasionally have tacos for lunch with... co-workers. My orders come out perfect every single time, which is the main reason why I always come back. Excellent food andconsistent quality. Read more
I ordered the 2 chicken enchiladas plate & 1 steak tostada. Most people still add beans on tomato's data after I request them... not to and this place did exithis place did a excellent job with not adding beans. The food was very fresh and tasty ???? ???? Read more
Some minor housekeeping issues were the only thing that prevented 5 stars. The tables and chairs were clean but the upper... dusting has been neglected and the floor had some debris. The food had good flavor and was reasonably priced. The service wasfriendly and prompt. We will definitely be back! Read more

My son and I were cruising west on Blue Diamond looking for a place to grab some good food. We were both pleasantly surprised... to see that this place was there and we had to try it out. Khiem and Patty were both there and they greeted us quickly and tookour order after we reviewed the menu. We got some rolled chicken tacos (great), a carne asada taco (great) and quite possiblythe best chille relano I?ve ever had. I love Mexican food and I love Fuego Mexican Kitchen. The food is fresh and delicious and the price is reasonable. They have... great daily specials on Uber Eats and the delivery is fast so you can get your hands on some delicious Mexican food in no timeat all. Read more
