The older guy in the drive thru is nasty and disrespectful my wife went to get some food and the guy was trying to flirt with... her the whole time she was waiting for her food and once he gave her the food she was gonna take off and the older guy had theaducity to tell her adios mamacita that?s not good customer service at all then I called and got the number to the store managerand told him what had happened and he said he was gonna look into it and call back but never heard from them so if you lady?s goto this place alone be careful with this guys been disrespectful Read more
It?s 2am right now. The sign is bright and says ?Open 24 hours? and there is no one there. This isn?t the first time this has... happened to me also. I have been here a few times to get food and there is no one here. I have been here during the day andwhile the food is usually good, the service has been mixed. Feel bad for the owner of this franchise, hes paying someone for the night/early morning shift just to put a sign saying "ill be... back in 30 min" and leave it there for hours, every time i go there theres this sign, to my surprise today he or she changed thesign to system update. Without exaggerating the last 10 times i went there early in the morning 5am every single time there wasthis sign, today was my last time coming here, luckily theres a Robertos across the street ar another don tortaco on the otherside of the freeway with great customer service and truly 24hrs drive thru.
