Great service from the cashier woman working today, she was very patient and kind. Whoever the guy was had his oversized shirt... big enough to cover his backside, but his pants waistline were so low that his boxers were clearly exposed. Pretty gross to seethat in the food industry, and I expected better representation from Dunkin on that front. Thankfully I had the lady preparingmy food and drink order; if he had done it I would have asked for someone else to prepare it. I know this location is close toVegas, but if I wanted to see boxers under a uniform I'd have gone to a Chippendale show. Also, the online hours show that thislocation is open 24 hours, but it opens daily at 0600 (6 AM) and closes at 1800 (6 PM). Read more

Customer service was good. Asked for a suggestion between two drinks and got a good brown sugar latte with almond milk since... theyre out of oat milk. The mini pancakes however were not discernible from the cardboard packaging they came in. Or maybeworse? At least the car board wouldn't be burnt and stiff like my pancakes. After having to drive to a dunkin donuts that was open and didn't have donuts. We were a little irritated but the 2 women... working this particular spot were so gracious and made our extra drive well worth it. Thank you for the superb service. Read more
A tale of two visits. My first visit was late in the day. The guy at the counter was awesome. He made a fresh batch of coffee... and his customer service was amazing. The next morning before I headed out I went in again. The woman at the counter wasn?tfriendly, possibly due to the previous customer taking forever picking out his 2 dozen donuts, thus she threw mine in frostingside down :-/ then when my coffee came up I realized she got the size wrong. Took a sip and it was Luke warm. This place is ahit or miss. If you do go in, try to get the African-American guy. He rocks and does it with a great attitude. If you get thegirl with the glasses, you might be doomed. I?m hoping maybe she was just having an off day. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Close super early. Go in the next morning and they have ZERO munchkins and no boston creme donuts. Very... poor selection of anything. Decide to go breakfast sandwich instead.
