A couple of weeks ago I came to this coffee place and the guy that handed me the drink was using one of those tooth floss and... picking things. It was just so gross to know that he was gonna hand me my coffee without washing his hands. Today I wentthrough the drive-through and asked for the Nitro cold brew and they handed me a really warm and really bitter coffee. It'ssupposed to be smooth. I came back around and went inside and asked if I could just get the original blend and the girl wasreally was so unattentive to what she was doing. I asked for 2 sugars and 2 creams and she starts by putting 2 pumps of liquidsyrup and then realizes that I wanted sugar packs and add another 2 sugars to my drink. 4 total. I had to call her out on it soshe remade the drink, again. When she added the ice a second time she did it in such a hurry that literally half of the Cup wasice water and all I could do is watch her as she poured coffee into half a cup of water. I didn't want to correct her a secondtime but the employees are pretty bad. The first employee was a tall black guy with dreads and tonight's employee was a blackgirl with white beads in her hair. Plus, I guess they close at 7, not 8. You should fix that because I would hate coming herethinking it's open. So I was around this restaurant, i know I said I would never come back, i order a bagel with sausage and cheese and hash... browns. I am watching the young man preparing the food then I see him grab a has brown and eat it. Still preparing food. Ipromptly asked for my money back. Disgusting!! Read more
You know when you walk into a donut shop, there should be something the front right? Nope not here. There was barely any donuts... in the front. The we 6 employees in side and only one trying to restock the front while the other three were working on 3coffees for the drive through. I would say it was busy but I would be lying. Maybe 3 cars in the drive through and one person inthe store. Customer service was horrible and no organization on who does what in the store. I won't be coming to this dunkin fora while. I LOVE this location however the young lady in the jean coveralls working the drive through was using a kitchen utensil to... remove a pop socket from her phone, she did not wash the utensil or her hands. That is disturbing. Read more

Iced mocha coffee latte is great...service not so much. I think the server said 2 words to us during the whole time. Not that I... expect great service but friendliness does go a long way. Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday app, we had free latte drinks. The donutsdid look fresh and delicious..next time we will bring in cash to try one. Read more
Food and donuts are fresh every time I go. I do feel bad for the staff because they all look and act very grumpy (the that are... there in the a.m). They seem under staffed. Read more
