I went by to get some drinks for the family and they came out really good and was prompt. The people there were really nice and... a guy named Peyton stood out to me as I tried asking for types of flavors and combinations and he would very kindly would pointout ones I was looking for since I was pretty new to Dutch bros. We come to this Dutch Bros often and every time we come, everyone is so incredibly nice and kind. It?s refreshing in the world... we live in. Mo was super sweet to me and she helped me pick a warm coffee beverage on this rainy cold day. Hopefully she?shelping train the newbies because she?s wonderful. This location only has two (2) people during the night shift--at least on Wednesdays. Which isnt so bad. However. The guy who... went to take orders, was hanging out and chatting and talking like there wasnt a building line behind him for 20 minutes. 20minutes. We were waiting in line while he and his friends talked. Highly unprofessional. There was hardly a line beforehand andthen there was a monster. And I feel bad for the guy who was alone, making the drinks in the front, but the guy taking orderswas horrible. We got there while there was still daylight out and left when there was none. I usually have amazing things to say about Dutch Bros and I was so excited for this location to open up since it?s 2 minutes... away from me but the service has been incredibly disappointing. The employees take their sweet time preparing drinks when therearen?t even a line of cars and if their friends or fellow employees come in the drive thru, they spend a LONG time chatting itup with them whether there is a long line or not. The other night, we were ignored by employees for at least 15 minutes justwhile we were waiting to make an order and they continued to ignore us and chat it up with their friend in the car in front.It?s just incredibly disappointing honestly and I won?t be going back to that location. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE! I have come to this location on several times and last night was the last. Every... single time i come here, the employees start chatting it up with their friends that come visit or other employees, no cares orworries about the long line behind them. On the last time, an employee was in the drive thru line in front of me and was justchilling at the window talking to the employee. The worker brought the drinks to me and the employee parked at the windowtalking to the other employee remained there, unbothered. Went down the street to the grocery store and drove past this locationon my way home and that car was still parked in the window!!! BTW. I didn?t manage to catch her name but the girl working tonight was amazing and so friendly, i always have great interactions at... dutch but she made me LOVE my experience this time around. i didn?t understand how to work the app and she kindly went over thedetails of it so i would know for next time and also gave us all stickers after we got our drinks! definitely my favorite dutchin vegas :) Read more
Bro made my wife?s drink wrong, she asked for the ?Golden Eagle? it is supposed to be a little slush and sweet. But it was the... complete opposite. tasted like straight coffee and no hints of caramel. The guy needs to be fired. WASTE OF HERMONEY???????????? Read more
