Amazing food, beautiful decor and friendly service. This place is amazing, we had the sprouts, oysters, prawns, fillet and rib... eye. All of it was outstanding. The star for me was the oysters and the 3 sauces that came with them, the fillet which wasperfectly cooked and could be cut with back side of a spoon and the brussel sprouts. Words fail to describe the perfection of our experience at Echo & Rig. Absolutely beautiful and elegant atmosphere, while not at... all being pretentious. Delicious, unique cocktails served by enthusiastic and knowledgeable bartenders. The dining service was,as another has pointed out, second to none. Flawless attentiveness from the server assistant Matt (our glasses were never lessthan half full). Our server, Augustine, was warm, inviting and informative. He let us know that the 40oz Tomahawk steak was only$2.60 an ounce, and that it may be a good option for the three of us, which we were not disappointed by to say the least. Cookedwith a delicate crisp on the outside and served with 3 different sauces that are available during brunch, which complimented themeal perfectly. All of our salads were phenomenal, the Cesar dressing in particular was made in-house and complimented withshaved Parmesan. I have never had a better crab cake in my life. The dessert was astounding as well. The ice cream was light andfluffy, the sherbets vibrant and addicting. Dan, the general manager, personally greeted us among many (if not all) of the othertables and somehow raised the already high bar of hospitality that had been set. Hands down the best dining experience we’veever had. Looking forward to coming back to Vegas, if for no other reason than to give this establishment my money again. Read more
Reservation on Saturday at 5:15. Place is beautifully designed & decorated. We were sat soon after arrival. Server was friendly... and efficient. Support staff was also amazing. Food was average. Had to send the first order of broccolini back as it was stonecold and the second order was burnt. My cousin said the burger was very good. I’d return to try the burger. Read more
Service was quick and we were seated much faster than anticipated. We did sit at at the bar for a few minutes and had an Old... Fashioned. Bartender was quick and friendly. Drink was tasty and balanced. After being sat at our table, our server was friendlyand did a good job of explaining the menu even though it wasn't our first time there. We ordered a couple of appetizers whichwere very tasty. Sadly we had an issue when our meals arrived as one of our guests cheeseburgers was overcooked. The server wasquick to send it back however the replacement cheeseburger was rare almost to the point of not cooked on the inside (our serverchecked and agreed). They did try to make it right, with the manager stopping by and asking what he could do. But at that pointit had been almost 35 minutes since we sat so our guest was not in the mood to have a meal. I chalk it up to bad luck. The restof the meals were spot on. Desserts were phenomenal! This is usually a five star experience for us however we have to downgradeto a three due to the bad dish. The menu had a large variety of items to select from. The meat soup was really good. The app's were very tasty, three shrimp... really. Wife and daughter had fish, both enjoyed. My son and I had steak both ordered medium, but deliver cooked on the outsidebut rather raw on the inside. "Yes I am one of those people that you never send food back" It should be cook correctly the firsttime. Actually our son took the steak home and tried to add a 1 or 2 minutes to the cook time it was still pink. So it wouldhave gone back to the kitchen for at least 10 min. The place was absolutely amazing, we went for our anniversary and we were so pleasantly pleased. The menu was super great and... the price was even better. The small plate portions are huge and I just can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.The service really is over the top and there is no doubt that I will be going back ?? The food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice. The mushroom fries and crab cake were really good. The steaks had an amazing... char on them. The hostesses and waiter were extremely friendly and professional. The manager Phil was courteous and was checkingconstantly to make sure the guests were having a perfect dinning experience. Echo & Rig has amazing, quality food but the customer service needs improvement. The Restaurant Manager was so welcoming to us... upon being seated. However, prior to this, it took them 15 minutes past our reservation time to seat us. I also was not pleasedwith the hostesses, they weren’t welcoming to us whatsoever. Nonetheless, the food was great, our appetizers were incredible,our steak was great and our server was fine. He seemed very pre-occupied with other tables and we had to ask him to take ourdrink order & food order as we just kept waiting on him to attend to us. Overall, I wish we had a better experience because thefood was to DIE for… but customer service is important. Read more
