Warning long post....I was there in April and ordered a bagel. Had to wait for a freah one and I was totally fine with that. I... told the lady I was treating myself since it was my birthday, she offered me a drink on her while I wait. It was so nice of her,her staff even sang me happy birthday! It truly made my day since I had lost my step dad 2 months prior and my father figuregrowing up 7 months prior to that. I was having a rough morning knowing I would not get calls from them but the staff was sofriendly and nice it helped put my day back on track and I can't thank them enough for their kind gestures. Busy place during weekends but bagels are awesome! Love the farmhouse breakfast sandwich, chorizo sandwich here. I always go for... the jalapeño cheddar as my bagel. Staff are great and prompt! A good option for filling breakfast sandwiches! Tip: Orderahead! They have good online ordering system. Read more

Great chain with a variety of different bagels. The food is always delicious and we love their fresh baked bagels. That?s the... only reason why we keep coming back to Einstein Bagels. Because their customer service is horrible . It used to be very nice andhelpful staff that worked at this location, but not anymore. The staff has changed and everything went down the hill . I lovethe outdoor seating patio. I would not recommend drive- thru because it moves really slow . I don?t recommend this location. Read more
I came here yesterday for a jalapeño cheese bagel and strawberry cream cheese. After the visit, I rate this place a well... deserved 5-Star. These are the reasons why. The restaurant was super clean and had a really cool vibe to it. There was plenty tochoose from with all kinds of bagels. The staff were wearing masks and super friendly. I have to mention Shirli, because it?sthe amazing customer service that she provides, that brings customers like me back. She gave me a complimentary bagel. It isthings like this that makes loyal customers. I already told my roommates to come here. Thank you so much for the great bagel andcream cheese. See you again soon! I don't know how many times I can keep giving this company a shot at redemption. I went to the Einstein Bros Bagel on Blue... Diamond this morning. I ordered two toasted onion bagels and purchased a container of cream cheese. When I gave the bagels to mywife and her mother, the bagels were not toasted. Or, the bagels were so lightly toasted that none of us could tell. The samesituation occurred not two weeks ago at Einstein Bros Bagel on Rainbow. This store is also not particularly clean, just likethe Einstein Bros on Rainbow. However, there are no social distancing or mask abuses here, as I witnessed at the other Einsteinlocation. This store doesn't appear to be quite as dirty as the Rainbow store, but it's not the cleanest of restaurants I'veeaten. The one common thread with all Einstein Bros is the lack of decent service from the counter people. This time it was thelack of toasting and the repeated times I had to tell multiple cashiers that my points were not too used. I had to repeat myselfthree times, telling two cashiers I would pay with cash, not points. AT A GLANCE REVIEW: RECOMMENDED: No SERVICE: Poor PRICE:$ COVID: Appears to follow pandemic guidelines. This restaurant looks quite dark and depressing. The cream cheese bagel was good, while coffee was not appreciated by us. I... asked for two omelette and each was charged usd 3!!. Really unacceptable expensive. Read more
