We were just in the Einstein Bagel on 6870 S. Rainbow. We have been frequenting this place for years. Today, we placed our... typical order of a Bagel sandwich with cheddar. The guy taking our order was very confused. It is egg ham and cheddar on aplain bagel. He upcharged for the ham. We ordered another sandwich and a milk and fountain soda. The soda machine was out ofcoke. I told the guy. He wrote a note ?out of order? put it on the machine and said get a bottle coke. As I did a femaleemployee said outloud ? why is he getting that bottle?. This was loud enough for my partner to hear in the back of the store. At that point I requested a refund. As I looked around I saw food scraps on the floor, garbage and dirt everywhere. This is asuper dirty store with rude employees. We will not return. Read more
I'm not requesting any refund, I just won't be back. I ordered using the app and when I got to your location for pickup, I was... met with some major attitude and negligence. I waited in 2 lines (order and pay) only to be literally pointed to a counter on awall for pick up orders; yes there was a sign but as a customer, I was trying to be polite and avoid sifting through andgrabbing the bagged order only to get home to find the the order was butchered and chips were missing. I just thought you shouldbe aware of the disconnect between your staff, customers, and actual customer service. Read more
I ordered two bagels and lox and this is what I got. I had to drive all the way back. Not to mention use up my gas and time. I... was late for work because of this and all they offered to do was remake it. Who's going to pay me for my lost time and my gas?Lol WOW! Read more
We often go to Einstein bagels on So.Rainbow either Friday or Saturday. These employees are very nice, pleasant and always greet... you with a smile. We don't order online but our breakfast is done no longer than 10 minutes. Coffee also very fresh and cleanarea. Thank you Einstein staff for your great courtesy. Read more
I had a curbside pickup. Couldn't figure out how to check in when I got there so I went in. I stood at the counter for 10 mins... before I leaned my entire body over the counter to then finally get greeted. By the time I got home which was 5 mins from thelocation, the food was soggy and disgusting. I'll be deleting the app and not coming back. Complete waste of $22.50 and gas andmorning. Read more

Love all sandwiches ! Especially with salmon . This time espresso machine was down.So...And no seats inside yet.
I have given this place so many chances, but whether it's all of the POS points are down and we cannot fathom helping you for at... least the next 30minutes, or being out of food (allegedly because you can see it right there), or then getting frustrated whenyou stand at the order counter because they want you to go to the pay counter but only tell you that when they tell at you, orthe barely Luke warm coffee in the pot, when they remember to refill it.
