8 pm I bought a chicken family feast last night. The chicken was dry, cold, crispy. As if it had been cooked for a long time and... was just there on the grill. It's ok for me to pay even if it's expensive as long as the food is fresh and delicious. Read more
Have to start by saying that we love el pollo loco. But we were more than frustrated at our last experience at this location. ... First, our food was 15 minutes overdue after our projected pick up time. We paid for extra sauce and did not receive them withour order. I couldn?t go inside to get anything because the doors were locked with no signage displaying why. I called thestore and asked them to bring out the sauce and waited for ten minutes before calling the store again multiple times because noone would pick up the line. Finally got to Ross and he brought the sauces out and apologized about the experience. And then Igot home and the specifications for my order were not done correctly. I get things can get busy and I don?t really blame thestaff, but rather I Hope the owner reviews their business structure and focuses on meeting the needs of their customers andstaff. Read more
Ok I never leave bad reviews but I can?t. Last time I came, there was a hair in my food, whatever I shrugged it off, it?s nasty... but it happens. But today I got my order and the salsa in the bag was open and spilled all over my food. Love the chain dislike this location, I keep coming here because it?s convenient and healthy considering it being fast food. But... every time I come I have to double check my order before I leave due to lack of attention to detail. Apart from brown guacamole,soggy fries and forgetting my salad dressing. First time trying El Pollo Loco and I was pleasantly surprise. The chicken was delicious. I got the 3 piece box. It can with 2... sides. I got 2 legs and suppose to be a thigh, but it was more like the back not sure, but it definitely wasnt a thigh. I gotone rice and one fries. The rice serving was super small and the french fries were cold. I was disappointed about that. Wish Ihad gotten 2 rice instead. The rice was good. I also got a bowl. Came out to be about $24.
