Food is great the hours are not. They need and will have to understand this city is 24/7/365 all year round. If they can not... accept it move out. Workers come home 2am, 4am, 5am. And I am not talking about cops, fire ect but real workers called Casino,Construction ect which none of you know about. You're not a bank so no 9 to 5 for you anymore. You will shut down all locationsthat are not 24/7/365. Or I will do it for you.! Read more

Love the experience when eating at Firehouse Subs. My kids love wearing their fireman helmets while they eat their sandwiches. I... love that when we eat there, it helps firefighters. We will always support this establishment! Read more
I walked in at 8:45pm and was told they are closing soon so they won?t take my order. When I asked why I come to this location... often and have never had this experience. Matt the shift leader stated they were closing soon and won?t take anymore orders.Another customer came in after me and was denied also. With how busy this location is I can imagine the amount of money lost outon, on top of poor customer service. I will no longer go to this location if younger people are given management opportunitiesplease take the time out to explain to them the importance of common business practices like staying open during the hoursposted, compassion and empathy, and integrity. Service is good. The sandwich " hero" was really good. Chips and sweet tea was really good as well.
Ordered a large with pickle on the side. Grilled onions and bacon. The pickle onions and bacon was not on the sandwhich. The... meet stopps 3 inches short on each side. Paid more for 6 inches of bread. Paid extra for bacon. I used to love this place. Idont understand why they have gone so far down hill. The meat on my sandwhich didnt just not go to the end. The amount of meati had on my large was the same amount my son received on his small. Just lack of care. Read more
Went to Firehouse subs on Wednesday night, for the 1st time on W lakemead and the young lady who is shift lead was amazing had a... great attitude, recommended the Cajun chicken sub which was delicious. If I could give her more then 5 stars I would awesomecustomer service and very helpful and friendly great attitude. You should be very happy to have a person like her working foryou. Thanks again young lady ill definitely be coming back to eat there again. Read more
