This is the second Freddy's I went to. If you read my last review I wasn't thrill about their food and service. With my friend... insisted to go. I gave it another shot. This one turn it around for sure thanks to the gentleman at the cashier. He is AMAZING!General greeting with great smile to most people come through the door or he is talking to a customer in a very efficientmanner. Besides takes order and the greeter and the same time, he is also the guy refilled the soda bar, and the one makes allspecial order to make milkshakes. Yes, this is a busy restaurant. With all that running around and he still carries a verysincere happy smile to everyone I saw him encounter. What a trooper!! Frozen Meat(meat often soaked in meaty water bags when thawing), Mold... everywhere - EVERYWHERE, Co2 leaks often, causing workers to feel light headed (Co2 alarms were added around the buildingbecause of this), and we're to sign a non disclosure upon your hire, so your never allowed to share this stuff! Overall, Freddy's is not a bad place. The food is decent. The food presentation is very lackluster, but flavor is ok. I'd say... their steak burgers are like a greasier, flatter, saltier version of Shake Shack but not horrible. Really like their superskinny fries. Also the hotdogs have good flavor. The downside of most of the food is it is more greasy than it needs tobe. Also the secret ingredient in their steak burgers appears to be atomic ex-lax. Keep a toilet close. Read more
