If or when you visit Las Vegas, I highly recommend eating and experiencing Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen. MAKE... RESERVATIONS. Walk-ins are not seated immediately. Located on the Vegas strip just in front of Cesar’s Palace make it’slocation convenient and accessible. Inside the atmosphere is best described as classy casual. Beautifully elegant decor withclean surroundings. Seeing, smelling, and listening to the open kitchen made our experience both entertaining and ouranticipation grow as we waited for our food to arrive. Don’t feel as though you have to dress up for the occasion. I observedmany patrons wearing everyday casual attire along with others dressed to the nines. The staff were incredibly helpful and politewith plenty of suggestions and knowledgeable descriptions of the menu items. The food and drinks there were undeniably deliciousand well prepared with plenty of options to appease a wide variety of pallets. Fresh, not over stated, made to order with care, visually appealing, and well proportioned. A very special thank you to our server Zack for making our overall experiencememorably delightful. We booked this reservation 2 months in advance and it was completely worth it! The atmosphere was one of a kind. The food was... even better than expected. We got the lobster risotto even though we aren't the biggest lobster fans but we couldn't get enoughof it. The lobster risotto was our favorite, followed by the dessert. We couldn't have enjoyed the experience or the food anymore. The drinks were fantastic. Meet your Maker was the best drink I got while in Vegas. Read more

If you are going to eat at any restaurant in Las Vegas, you will need to visit Hell's Kitchen. Reservation is a... MUST!!!!! Service was impeccable. The staff was well informed on the menu and helpful with suggestions for pairing of drinkswith the meal. The beef wellington melts in your mouth. It is seasoned and cooked just right ?? Perfection ???? The macaroniand cheese. Oh My Goodness!!!! It is everything and more. It is large enough to feed two but we enjoyed so much we purchasedanother to eat later. The salmon was moist flaky, and perfectly seasoned. Dessert ended a perfect meal with a well balanced andnot overpowering chocolate. Cooking at its finest Highly recommend $$$$ But worth every cent Read more

Amazing food and atmosphere. The service was great as well. Both of our dishes were amazing, the beef wellington just melts in... your mouth and has a great flavor. The three course meal is your better option, I also had the scallops and sticky toffeepudding. Wife had the chicken scallopini and asparagus, both were great as well. Highly recommend this place but you need tobook in advance, we booked about a month in advance and still had little options for time selections. Read more

My buddy and I were in Vegas right after his birthday to celebrate and he mentioned checking out Hell’s Kitchen since he... watches the show, but he said there was no chance we were coming without reservations months in advance. I called up and got atable for 6:30 the same day! The restaurant is beautiful inside and out and the vibes are great. Good music playing. Friendlyand professional staff. Lots of energy all around made this place great. My buddy and I split the 3 course dinner fixe and had2 max n cheeses on the side, plus a free birthday dessert courtesy of our fantastic server Chris (give this guy a raise!). Wedefinitely spent more than planned, $150 after tip, but not too bad for a restaurant of this status and walking out with a bellyfull. Scallops, super tiny dish and way overpriced. You get 5 scallops so if you aren’t getting it in the 3 course definitelywouldn’t recommend. Beef Wellington, pricey as well, but very good and the signature dish here. Toffee pudding, amazing! Mac ncheese was fire and filled us up well. Overall good value for what you get the way we did it and glad we came! Read more

Had lunch here on our tenth anniversary. I recommend booking your reservation as early as possible because even a month out... there were not many open times available on a Monday. Service was fast and friendly. Food ranged from spectacular (the lobsterrisotto and sticky toffee pudding) to simply good (the pan seared scallops and beef Wellington). Overall, a very nice experiencethat would be happy to repeat. Note: while they have a separate lunch menu on their websites, we were told there is just oneall day menu now. In fact, neither the menus on Caesar's or Gordon Ramsay's websites are accurate as of this writing. Read more

Loved this dining experience! We watch all of Gordon Ramsay‘s TV shows so when we knew we were visiting Vegas, we had to set a... reservation for this place. It is a mirror of the dining experience that would happen on the set of Hells kitchen just withoutthe drama. I appreciated the decor and the service staff and the food they produced. The entire vibe of the place was energeticand thrilling. We enjoyed the lobster risotto as an appetizer and it was phenomenal. I believe it will go down as the bestlobster risotto I have ever had and will ever have. The drinks were also delicious. We enjoyed the beef Wellington and the shortribs. So many other things on the menu looked appetizing as well and I wish I had a bigger stomach to be able to consume it all.I guess I just have to go back. Thanks for making it a wonderful overall dining experience. Read more
