Was there recently and witnessed the worst customer I've ever seen. Seriously, this lady looked like a bag of gonorrhea if it... took on a human form. It all started when one of the ladies behind the counter asked the woman to please step over to the sideto let other customers come up to the counter, and this woman lost her mind, calling the poor staff person rude. The customerthen proceeded to pester the other staff person about the legitimacy of the name that was on the receipt so she couldcomplain. Later on, this customer started loudly and openly complaining to her sons about how it's been 6 minutes, and she wastold 3 minutes for her food. The staff behind the counter told her "It's OK ma'am I'll get your food out to you" and thecustomer lost her mind again, telling the staff member to mind her own business. Some back and forth later, the poor young girlis in a screaming match with this customer, because the customer spent the last few minutes completely berating the girl,eventually yelling across the mall, calling the staff a "4-eyed fat b**ch" Anyway.. just leaving a 5-star review because thestaff did not deserve that kind of treatment from any customer. They were nice, they were polite, and they were just trying tofix the situation. That customer was and is a horrible human being, and I wish more companies would abandon the "customer isalways right" mentality, so human trash like that start getting what they deserve: nothing. My name is: Mike Hughes, I live in Las Vegas, NV., I went to the mall in Henderson and went to: Hotdog on a Stick, with my wife... and son like we do on most weekends. (My sons favorite place to eat!) Well, let?s just say, we had a less than desirableencounter and frustrating experience with the staff, specifically The Manager and an employee. So, when we got home o sent anemail to their Corporate Office. Honestly, I didn?t expect a reply or even an acknowledgment. I?m glad to say, my expectationsweren?t met. I received a call from a very nice, considerate and professional young lady, she expressed her concern andapologized adamantly. In today?s world I honestly expected to be ignored and to be sluffed off under the rug. With all thedisrespect and unhappy people working in these kinds of jobs customer service has really taken a hit and been beaten intovirtual non existence. But, I?m very happy and pleased to say, I was wrong about this company and it?s Executive staff! Honestlywe were never going to use their services again. This woman, (I apologize, I don?t remember her name, but she?ll remember thisconversation when she reads this.) changed all of this. I won?t be returning to that location again, but we will continue withour ritual on the weekends at Hotdog on a Stick. Thank you Hotdog on a Stick for making us feel important and respected. This Hot Dog on a Stick is located inside the Boulevard Mall. The cherry lemonades are still good and refreshing. Good spot... for a quick bite to eat and drink. The employees are always nice. Read more
