I have been coming to this location for 10 years. I never had a complaint. In the recent months we've came multiple times and... the service has gone down. Constantly asking for napkins, asking for meals we are waiting on, and the booth we sat on, the seatwas broken. The first big one by the bathrooms, the dividers between tables were broken and the people behind me kept hitting meif i sat back they pushed back. Every time they moved, i was hit. By the way, today the creamer we were given was expired andwas rotten. We waited for that too. The food is amazing, its the past 3 times we've gone, has been bad service. WARNING ?? ?? OVERCHARGE, MENU PRICES VS WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU IS DIFFERENT They fixed one but overcharged on drinks by 20 to 60... cents per item. SCAM PLACE Not only did they seem "surprised" but only fixed one. Only location in Vegas that the militarydiscount was 10% Food was par, low servings. Go to different one or Dennys. Also NO IT WASNT INFLATION OR OLD MENUS, the managerdidn't know why the computer was different....SUREE you didn't see them running around fixing everyone's checks. We got seated and it was getting kind of full. I asked a young lady if we could get service quicker and she replied that she... was the manager and she would take care of our needs personally. Took our order and came back multiple times to check on how wewere doing. She gave us superior service. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Read more
You know it's one thing to place your order and find out 25 minutes later that there is no gravy when the gravy is the main... topping but it's a whole other vibe to get your charcoal biscuit with a substitute gravy that was clearly microwaved and smelledlike it was squeezed from a gym sock and came out slimey to boot. Two hairs later a sore tooth disappointed faces and aheadache let's just say no we're not coming back and i wouldn't recommend it to the homeless couple at the corner. We were 1 of3 families in there and it took over an hour to get our meals that came out 5 minutes after the other . They did comp a littlefor the disappointment but id suggest hair nets for employees and some better lighting to check your meals before you eat them Read more
We have been to this location 2 times. First time it was a pleasant experience. It?s a typical ihop no frills. The wait is... decent to get seated. Staff is friendly. Our real issue was after being seated it took over an hour to get our order taken. My son ordered the winter wonderland pancakes. These were super messy. The pumpkin pancakes were excellent, the over mediumeggs were over done. The rest of the food bacon, sausage hash browns and chicken fried steak were all cooked well hot whenarrived. Read more
We ordered the stake strip and the country fried stake, the meat and the egg was perfectly cook but the hash brown was not good.... We tasted the oil that was use in the hash brown was a bit rancid. We asked for a glass of water and we never received it. The waiter asked us on how was the food and we told him nothing happen. We love ihop but does far, this is the worst experiencewe had at ihop.
